I liked really everything, location is quiet and a lot of trees around staff is making sure all your requests are met. I really enjoyed especially the thermal pool , sauna , steam room . I spend there 6 wonderful night with half board option I have to mention that food was very fresh and tasty . I highly recommend this place but it’s not cheap and this way you avoid crowds.

The hotel's location is more than wonderful between Taksim square and Nişantaşi all are walking distance. The view from the room is very beautiful and picturesque. Breakfast is acceptable (compared to the standard of food in Turkey) and because of the limited options. The staff is very wonderful and very helpful.

Room clean very poor. In Art Hotel Housekeeping in general is the worst. Towels are very old with holes. Never they will get you anything (towels or tissue) even if you call several times. Bed making is the worst. Every day when we go back to the hotel we arrange it again ourselves. I feel that they do not understand bed making or the basic principles of housekeeping. We requested a king bed, but unfortunately when we arrived, we were surprised that the size of the bed was smaller than a queen bed. It is difficult for two adults to sleep comfortably on it. Moreover, the mattress is very soft. You can't sleep on it comfortably. It was low and down in the middle. We had very bad sleeping nights. Lamp keys in the room are puzzle. We stay for 6 days and every day we were confused how the buttons for the room lights work (I don’t understand why they make them complicated)

It was a very quiet clean space, with lots of decorations. The employees were very helpful and kind, And the food was very good. Upstairs on the rooftop there were beautiful sunsets!
