Pineapple guesthouse is a perfectly balanced combination of comfort, secure accommodation, price+ location and infrastructure ( a range of supermarkets, shops, good quality cafes and restaurants 1-2 minutes.....even just in front.....very near) friendly and professional attitude of cleaning woman! Looks it's my second staying here.... There is no noise after 20-00....but if you need to eat... Or overnight bar., ... It's just 4 -5 minutes walking... A very secure and relaxing area, very cozy guesthouse! Any questions you can address to The manager (or anyone who is on reception), a very friendly pleasant person Leika! She really takes care about her guests, just believe,I know it by practice!!!... And she does everything right from the heart! All photos of room are original! No ants.... No any insects. Even sand... A very clean guesthouse! The beach Karon is 5-7 minutes walking! Definitely recommend it highly to everybody)

Staff tried very hard. Breakfast had a pretty good variety. View from the corner room was quite nice all along the river and the bridge was lit up at night. Good to see a hotel who includes an extension cord in the cupboard. Decent value for money and will stay here again.

Great value for money. Pool and beach area were very relaxed. WiFi was strong and worked well. Good breakfast choice. Choice of amenities located close by, bar and restaurant onsite and next door.

The staff were very friendly and incredibly helpful when needed, couldn’t fault them at all.

It was pretty outdated compared to the photos and it’s in a location that seems okay on maps, but the “shortcut” to the beach you can see isn’t actually accessible unless you’re staying at the hotel there, however there is a shuttle service available to get to the beach if you didn’t want to walk around.

Staff were quite rude and had bad attitude, we were charged for leaving a mug by the pool which they stated was clearly stated in our room but we didn't recall this. It was fine to make this clear to us and even charge us but the way they went about it was really dismissive and rude and with so much attitude just really ruined the experience. The pool was incredibly warm water too which wasn't ideal.
