The facilities and location is perfect. It rained for a couple of days so I had no problems to food and shops because hotel is part of Funan mall. As a solo traveller, I love the layout of the room and the bed is very comfortable. The other facilities like the laundry, the gym and meeting areas are also very good.

Close to but not in the city centre, easy check in and out, spacious room by Singapore standards, well appointed with the usual service apartment in room facilities, clean and tidy, blackout curtains.

Room faces a main road so you can hear traffic; there is a heavy curtain that reduces the noise but you can definitely still hear it. Bed is a little too short for taller people; one of us is 180cm tall and feet were hanging over the edge of the bed.

Gorgeous (in the golf course side - be aware there are major infrastructure works in the tennis court side of the premises). Amazing staff, very accommodating and helpful. Highly rate and will return.

Nothing not to like. Some interesting quirks as you are under a flight path. There was a big event for golfers the day we departed which meant certain facilities weren’t in use, however there is always the option of the free shuttle to Jewel.

Best thing about it was the location which was more than amazing, very central and close to multiple station and you can walk to a lot of places. Everything else was okay I guess, good for the price.

The space is very very tight, whether the room or the common areas. Also, it was not comfortable that you have to pass by the common bathrooms to get to the female bathroom.

Location at the bottom of Orchard Road was great for shops, MRT and buses. It was clean, had a pool and staff were helpful

The service was great. The room temperature was set to a comfortable level when you entered the room.

It should be because of the location of hotel, the price is a little big high comparing with the room. Breakfast was too simple comparing with the price.

Shared toilet is right by a door access way which is very unsafe. Doors weren’t always closed and anyone could access from the back door. Pod was quite dated and there are cracks and defects. Sleeping was on a thin layer of mattress and not an actual bed. Property has a bad smell too
