The shower fluxuated between hot and scalding. The toilet itself seemed very cheap compared to the quality in rest of the room and there was no spray or japanese-style seat

A large, beautiful and comfortable room. The breakfast buffet was incredible. We wished we were staying longer to sample the other meals' offerings.

Nothing not to like. Some interesting quirks as you are under a flight path. There was a big event for golfers the day we departed which meant certain facilities weren’t in use, however there is always the option of the free shuttle to Jewel.

Gorgeous (in the golf course side - be aware there are major infrastructure works in the tennis court side of the premises). Amazing staff, very accommodating and helpful. Highly rate and will return.

Only negative was that the hotel shuttle bus driver was not friendly like all the other staff.

Everything was first class and made better by room Upgrade and complimentary breakfast and late checkout. Thank you to Chester at Reception - he is a star!

The room was well presented, quiet and peaceful and I had a wonderful sleep in the comfortable bed. The early check in was very much appreciated. The shuttle bus was very efficient and punctual. The breakfast bars ( plural) were magnificent and I had a very leisurely 90 minute graze. The pool was well maintained and being able to swim long laps in the sun was luxurious .

It was great. The only surprise was that the airport shuttle has very limited working hours and only one bag or checked luggage is allowed - which was difficult when traveling with a toddler..

Would have loved a couple of hotel shops and a better food offering...a lot of emphasis on the huge buffets which is not what you want when you are travelling....

Lovely clean and comfortable hotel in a great location. Large rooms with luxurious bathroom, robes and slippers. My room had a great view over the pools to the golf course beyond. I would highly recommend.

I paid attention to the advertised price and not the smaller price listed on Booking.com, so I was surprised at the final bill. But all, in all, an excellent hotel. Would definitely stay again. So convenient to Changi Airport!

The location is far from the train or bus station. The shuttle service is inconvenient but unavailable for early morning flights, although the cost for a taxi ride from and to the airport is reasonable (US$ 15/trip).

For a night stay, The price is great; the staff is courteous; the room is quiet and clean with many amenities; the bed is comfortable;

It was a bit cold in the hotel-if outside temperature is above 34, but in the building only 19…when you go to room after swimming pool, it is quite easy to catch a cold 🥶

The location-near airport and Expo, very spacious terrace with beautiful pool, nice rooms, breakfast with good choice of Asian and European foods. Nice gym
