During my recent stay at this hotel, I had an absolutely fantastic experience. The highlight for me was definitely the pool located on the 29th floor, offering stunning views and a relaxing atmosphere. The location of the hotel was ideal, making it easy for me to explore the city and access nearby attractions. The room was cozy and comfortable, providing a peaceful retreat after a day of sightseeing. Brilliant view and spacious room, lovely pool area and little eco gardens. Nice breakfast but a little expensive. Any problems with the room were solved really quickly and assistance was available for example with air conditioning, cutlery, toilet paper. Mini mart is available downstairs with decent essential items. Good tours available via tour desk. Good distance to popular night market, and walkable to other important locations if not for the heat. The street is a little bit quiet though.

The sink in the bathroom was leaking causing lots of water to pool in the bathroom. The people in the room next door could be easily heard and were incredibly loud and disruptive to our sleep during our stay although this happened on one night only. Waiting for lift can be a little bit long. Lots of floors. There was a slight damp smell in our bathroom and with the towels upon entering. Ventilation was not great, fan is available in the bathroom when light switch is on only. Room service is not a daily thing unlike hotels.

Very big spacious and comfortable room including bathroom and shower. Nice breakfasts and friendly staff. Little shop available downstairs and also in a good location close to nice food, mall and street art attractions. Hotel is also trying to be very eco-friendly which is appreciated.

There was no breakfast in Hotel AlAmin, KulaLumpur. Why? There should be breakfast . Room service is not much satisfactory. I had to ask desk to give my drinking water.

Room service should be improved. Breakfast must include. Bed sheets and pillow sheets should be neat and clean. The rooms be airy and light up.

Booked for 3 bedrooms but when we got there it were only 2 rooms the 3rd was a storage room made into a room, it was so hot in this room with only a fan with no aircon, which was unbearable he had to sleep on the sofa
