Their given me a room with no air-conditioning. Asked to vhange room many time but they refuse and keep say send technical team to check and repai. The air-condition still the same After an hour for the technician doing nothing just check here and there. The room phone to call room services is spoil. I have to travel all the way down to the counter umpteen time for this issue. I can't take it and ask their manager to come counter and demand for a change of room. After banging the table and express the angry that the room does not have aircon. Than they change a room for me.

Brilliant view and spacious room, lovely pool area and little eco gardens. Nice breakfast but a little expensive. Any problems with the room were solved really quickly and assistance was available for example with air conditioning, cutlery, toilet paper. Mini mart is available downstairs with decent essential items. Good tours available via tour desk. Good distance to popular night market, and walkable to other important locations if not for the heat. The street is a little bit quiet though.

The sink in the bathroom was leaking causing lots of water to pool in the bathroom. The people in the room next door could be easily heard and were incredibly loud and disruptive to our sleep during our stay although this happened on one night only. Waiting for lift can be a little bit long. Lots of floors. There was a slight damp smell in our bathroom and with the towels upon entering. Ventilation was not great, fan is available in the bathroom when light switch is on only. Room service is not a daily thing unlike hotels.

Very clean and comfortable with beautiful room. We had a great sleep every night and were able to enjoy with a movie. Spacious enough for 2 people. Excellent tours booked through the front desk. Nice breakfasts.

Booked for 3 bedrooms but when we got there it were only 2 rooms the 3rd was a storage room made into a room, it was so hot in this room with only a fan with no aircon, which was unbearable he had to sleep on the sofa
