The owner - Pedro - is a magnificent host, friendly and helpful. The spot is in the safe, pleasant location 4 minites walk to the metro station, 30 seconds to the specialty coffee store and Walmart. I regret to stay only one week. I recommend the apartment Lope de Vega 226 to everyone, whether on business (there is ironing machine and basically all you need, and its a business district) or vacation. Enjoy!

I really liked this place unfortunately I had to move on and only stayed 1 night. Great location, 5 minutes walk to the center, comfy bed, secure parking. Yum breakfast. Fantastic staff.

Wonderful hosts. Great breakfast and comfortable inviting boutique hotel. It was very hot whilst we were in Cancun but the aircon worked very well in our room.

The hotel was very dated. Brown carpets and beige walls. There were lots of areas in need of refurbishment. The fixtures in my room, particularly the bathroom were old. There was black mould around the taps and the sink and the bath taps constantly dripped. When alleged fresh towels were provided they were in fact dirty and had clearly been previously used. Further, the staff require more diversity training I was constantly and inappropriately probed and questioned about whether I was in fact English because I am a black woman. The pool on the 19th floor was small and 5ft9 throughout with no shallow end. I would not stay here again in its current state there are much nicer hotels in a similar price range nearby
