The most beautiful view of the entire Mexican holiday (we stayed in 12 different hotels during the whole trip)! Room was spacious, clean and again the views from the room, just breathtaking! Excellent beautiful pool- very relaxing after a day at the beach. The breakfast was very tasty, I especially liked the fresh fruit selection and we asked for fresh pineapple juice, it was just great (pure nice sweet pineapple without any additives). And last but not least, the hotel staff is very well selected - excellent communicators, friendly and welcoming, thank you! :)

We had a little problem with bank transfer- european bank cards may not function with that particular mexican bank terminal (after that we had the same problem with the same mexican bank once more, with other banks we didn´t have this problem). If the payment does not go through in the bank terminal the first time (the amount is reserved on the account, but the hotel does not receive the payment data, i.e. the payment has not been made for the hotel, but we had the amounts booked on the bank account for 8 days), then it is faster and easier to have the hotel send a bank link to the e-mail and pay through sent link (in this case everything works). The hotel staff did everything to find a solution to the problem, but communication between banks is beyond their control.

The place is beautiful, and the views of the ocean are fantastic. The kitchen is well equipped and you also have access to a grill. They provide drinking water, and change towels every 3 days. The place and pool are kept very clean. The staff is very nice and friendly. Tables, chairs and umbrellas in the property are very nice. It is a perfect place for a relaxed vacation.

Nothing to improve the property, but adding some comments for people to be aware. The little dirt road to get to the property is dark at night, and although you could walk to town from the property, it is best to have transportation' either a golf cart or a car. We had a car and it was easy to get around. Also, Sayulita is a loud town, and you can easily hear the music from town in the property. It didn't bother us, but if you are an extremely light sleeper, can be an issue.

The shower, waterpark and pool/air hockey. The bar attendantls were very nice, also Sergio Mathias and 2 others whose names I can't remember . Check in and check out was nice and quick. Restaurant at the waterpark was nice and also the shows, especially the Michael Jackson show.

I felt discriminated at the snack bar. I ordered fries an could count the it as it barely covered bottom of the plate whilst other got a heaped plate full. I wondered if I was a bird. Also I didn't like that I couldn't take things like yogurt or box of cereal out of the restaurant nor was there any takeaway. The international al la carte restaurant was nice but our server wasn't very friendly. Airport is approximately 40 mins drive an not 26 mins as stated on the web.

The location of this resort. The calm beach, the activities happening every day. The food was great for the most part. Especially for Non Vegetarians The service by some of the staff members was fantastic This hotel is absolutely enough for a budget stay at Cancun

We were not given the rooms that we wanted. Even though we got a bigger room than we asked for, it was like an apartment, travelling as a group of friends, we still wanted our separate spaces. The service was mixed. Some people were fantastic while others preferred people who spoke Spanish in the hotel. Especially by the pool bar - the drinks were always given to us last when we asked for it. The Food needs to have more vegetarian options. Couple of my friends were disappointed at some meals were the vegetarian options were quite limited. The swimming pool should atleast be open from 6 AM to 11 PM. Their pools operated from 8 30 AM to 8 PM at best. The bars also had restricted service timings.

I arrived late to Mexico and was walked to the hotel from the airport which I appreciated a lot. The airport is extremely close, but I felt safer having someone to walk with me.

When we arrived to hotel we got a very tiny bedroom, there was no night tables or chairs were to put our stuff. No control remote for TV, then we got one control broken. There were some beetle size bugs . The Bathroom was so small that was hard to move around inside shower. The water was coming out of shower head in all directions and the shower drain strainer was not secured, screws were missing. That when I stepped on it half of my foot went in. Luckily I did not break or sprain my foot. I request for a room change, which they did. The second room was more spacious, bathroom was a little bit better but still small and not very clean. The soap and shampoo dispensers were empty, no hand towels provided. There was a coffee machine and provided coffee for one person only even though the room was booked for 2 people. Housekeeper told me management only provides ONE coffee pod for one person. The one glass cup used in the first day for the one coffee and dirty water glasses were not replaced during out entire stay. I could have overlooked all that, but what I could NOT is that on our last night I found a BED BUG!!! on my shoulder. At the beginning I thought were hives, but when I saw the BED BUG I realized were not hives...all over my legs, arms and body. The problem is that bed bug bites don't necessarily appear immediately. Can take from few days to several day to appear. I informed the stuff about it. They only said they would called maintenance to check. Unfortunately I was rushing to get transportation so I could not speak to manager. Bed bugs are very hard to get rid off. So NO!!! I DO NOT! recommend anyone to stay in that hotel.

We booked for 5 nights but only ended up staying for one as it was insufferably hot in the room - much hotter than outside. The hotel is an ‘eco hotel’ so no air con - fine - but in such hot humid weather it made us unwell. The bathroom also really stinks and the heat makes the smell worse. We were hoping for a nice relaxing place to stay in what is a super chill area, but these two things just meant it was so uncomfortable, so on the second night we booked somewhere else nearby and were very glad we did - we could actually get a night sleep and relax. With four nights left we asked for a small amount back - not all of it as we understand the nature of prebooking - but felt it very harsh to receive not even one night back out of four nights we didn’t even stay - we genuinely wanted to stay as it was costing us but the room was just too hot and smelly. It felt greedy of the hosts to not take any consideration for this. So in conclusion, don’t make the mistake we made and try to cut costs because it ended up costing us!!
