We had the room for ourselves. The vibes were good. They worked with volunteers, they were all nice. Breakfast was nice.

Loved my stay here. The facilities are outdated by still met my needs. Cleanness (especially the bathrooms) needs some improving. Would've prefered Mexican breakfast but understand that most guests like fruit and pancakes. Wilo and his staff do a great job in balancing out all property shortcomings with their friendliness, local tips and efficiency.

There are not too many options to charge your phone in the rooms

Good location, 5min from the Cenote and city center, 10min from the Ado bus station. Nice pan cakes for breakfast and a lovely chill area. They have bicis and motos for rent.

There were footprints on my bed sheets, the water pressure in the shower was very weak, music was played very early by the staff, room needs a good clean and an update

The breakfast was delicious but they gave my bf more pancakes than me each day. Maybe they had a crush on him lol? We loved the outdoor area and pool too

Definitely could have a refurb as it’s abit run down. Lockers didn’t lock and they told us it’s ok as it’s safe here(no locked doors/no keys) Kind of clean kind of not… Shower pressure was AWFUL. The wifi only worked sometimes. The staff would come and sit in the room to use the AC which was a bit invasive, especially one member just lying across the bed when we came back.

We had the room next to the kitchen and it was super noisy from 6am. It was impossible to sleep. No curtains at the beds, no lockers, no charging plugs, no towels, the room was not clean, not enough staff. The beds were not very convenient. We also found a chewing gum under the mattress..lots of mosquitoes too.

The most important thing was the people. The owner and the staff were so friendly and we had a lot of fun together. They prepared a Christmas dinner for everyone there and felt like a family. The pancakes for breakfast were very tasty. There was a friendly atmosphere between the guests and the garden was a very nice space to spend the day and the night.

I had to wait 40 minutes at reception for check in. People hung their clothes to dry in the dorm room which made it even more damp and smelly. Other guests were messy and loud in the room, bags and loose items everywhere, talking at night, using the metal (!!) lockers. No electrical outlet by the bed, no wifi reception in the garden.
