Big space. Big bed. All facilities were great. Kitchen was comfy and had all required utensils to cook. Toilet and shower also good and great facilities. Plenty windows for light and air which was lovely since the property is facing trees. Washing machine available. Close to the mall and eateries and all main attractions. The lady who met us at check in was super friendly and really kind and provided us all info we needed. Can stay very comfortably for a few days and Would return! To note: property is accessed by 2 flights of stairs so a point to note for the elderly.

Quiet, comfortable and cozy cabin at the foothills of a beautiful mountain. Very generous breakfast. The beds are really clean and comfortable. The place is brand new. Saule and Jonathan think of all the little details to truly ensure guests have a great stay. I loved all the unique books about Kyrgyzstan. The owners are very warm and welcoming people.

Our stay was a wonderful experience. The guest house offers very nice rooms in a beautiful house with a large garden. The hosts are extremely nice and made us feel at home right away. The breakfast was really delicious and filling. I would have loved to stay longer!

The facilities were great. Room size is big and toiletries and facilities are sufficient and comfortable and clean. Staff were really helpful and gave us all information we asked for and more. Also provide laundry service for a reasonable fee.

Only to walk to the hotel is a bit of a loop so it's just easier to use yandex to move around. Very small observation. Not negative.

Hosts are more than welcoming, very helpful and sharing advice on activities around. Rooms are very cosy, food is great. Any traveller should spend some nights here!

I think their apartments (they manage several ones as I understood) are in good quality and definately considerable option when you are in Osh

They badly manage the information. At least in my case. They cancelled the apartment I booked just before the check-in - it was reserved already to someone else. Everyone who travels knows that this is one of the BIG NO's you don't to deal in booking and which makes you very unpleasant situation. They offered the alternative (without any price correction), but this one didn't had the internet! And they didn't informed me. I think they have the option to be good hosts in Osh, but yes, some improvements how to handle their information they definately have to make.

Mixed bathroom No place to hang clothes/change in the shower so you have to get naked in the bathroom before entering the shower. It is very inconvenient for girls since the bathroom is mixed and there is no lock on the main door. The bathroom and toilets were quiet dirty and run down (patches of hair in the showers, broken taps and shower, dirty toilets) It s a good deal but I would not recommend it for a solo female traveller
