This property is in a wonderful location. It is close to local shopping and dining and only 2 stops from Shinjuku Station. The surrounding area is peaceful and quiet, the streets and neighbourhood are clean and there are parks for relaxation close by. The Hatagaya and Sasazuka train stations are within easy walking distance of the apartment. The communication from the owner is great and we made an easy booking through booking.com. We would definately use this accommodation again on our next trip to Japan.

The only concern is that the double bed mattress is supported by a single bed base causing the bed to sag on each side making sleep uncomfortable and difficult.

The breakfast was absolutely divine! It was excuisitely prepared by the chef every morning, with a large selection of local delicacies. You will be fuelled for a long day of exploring Kawazu and Izu.

Everything was great, the wifi was a little slow which was only a problem for me as I had some work to do over there. But it is fine if you are there to relax, which is what it is for.

Everything. Staffs were so friendly. Onsen was beautiful! Food was plentiful and delicious. There is free icy poles which my kids loved. Room is spacious. Garden is beautiful. We enjoyed our stay.

Location was great, literally above a subway station. However it was not on a popular line so there was a lot of changing lines when travelling

The superior rooms is big enough to accommodate two adults and one children below 10 years old, enough space for three medium luggage.

The distance from the Ashikaga train station. We didn't take the JR Ashikaga Train so it was a long walk to the hotel. Not 22 min as what google map indicate. More like an hour.

worn out sponge in the kitchen, no conditioner, pls check the thickness of the duvet, provide cover pillow in the sofa.
