Very good location, right next to North Point metro station. very busy area full of shops and restaurants.

The room was very old and old style. The furniture is broken sometimes. very small windows looking at the neighbour's wall so very limited daylight. The electricity was broken sometimes and we had to ask the receptionist to turn on the fuse again to have electricity in the room. We didn't have a room key for some reason so we always had to ask someone at the reception to open the door for us, which was a bit uncomfortable. However, the reception was open 24/7.

Smells awful and inconvenient. Gave a different room, not what I reserved. They tried to squeeze all of us guests into those rooms. We can't stand the smell. We moved to a different place instead.
