The room was spacious and clean, and as per the photos. The staff were kind enough to allocate us connecting rooms as we had booked two rooms. The free shuttle to and from the airport was very convenient, and frequent enough for us.

The bathroom arrangement was a little bit weird as a family as there was no bathroom area as such and you stepped out of the shower area into an open space which is connected with the main bedroom. The rooms felt a little tired, and could do with a little bit of sprucing up.

I like the room, so spacious and clean and the location was just convenient for both my meetings and shopping. I like the staff, so friendly in all aspects, they are welcoming and show love to their guests.

I do not like the pillows in the room, no comfort and every time I wake up with headache. The shower gel got finished and was never filled up. I did not have shower gel for entire two days, this was a big disappointment. I was equally disappointed when I was told only after check in that the rate I paid did not include breakfast.

What I like most was the location of the hotel. It's few minutes walk from the train station. Restaus and Malls nearby as well. The area was also quiet. Everyday changing of towels as well.

Perfect location. Subway station is in the front of the building. A lot of restaurants are nearby and tons of choices.
