We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

The food in the restaurant is good. The rooms are clean and comfortable. It is Much better than the holiday inn at the airport and worth the transfer and much cheaper too

La Quinta far exceeded my expectations. The rate was great, so was expecting a very basic airport hotel, and wasn't phased as it was a place to sleep while transiting. But after an excellent shuttle service pick up, I was only further pleased with the standard of the hotel when I arrived. Fabulous huge room, big comfortable bed, large bathroom... and coffee machine to top it all off! Highly recommended for a transit in Santiago.

CanadaThe area around the hotel isn't very walkable, so maybe plan on taking the bus if you go exploring.
Used the hotel as a base between flights up and down Chile. Comfy beds, friendly staff, decent restaurants and bar on site. Pool was closed for repainting which was a shame, but it looked nice when it was finished :-) The local bus was a short walk away, and the shuttle connected us to back to the airport for our flights and for catching the Centropuerto into town. No problem with storing luggage after you've checked out.

IndiaWhen we arrived at the airport, we could not see the promised shuttle, thus inquired about the shuttle location. A taxi driver with a PAITED WOODEN BOARD with name of the hotel approached us pretending that he was the driver from the hotel. He told us that we will be transferred to hotel free of charge but need to pay $5 as airport entry fees by credit card. As he had the board of hotel name in his hand, we believed. When credit card was given to him near the hotel , the payment got denied by our credit card company as the amount asked was beyond the credit card limit. We tried another card, and same thing happed. When we saw the messages from card company afterwards, it was $3000. But, when we got a call from credit card bank, he hurriedly dropped us near the hotel and fled. This is certainly creating a bad reputation to hotel and hotel should investigate who are these people who are trying to cheat the passengers in their name and book them to police. This is serious matter, hotel management should look in to. This is warning to passengers also.
