Our roon was spacious and the location was excellent for the train and especially the ferry. The view from our windows overlooked Lake Geneva and had a bright southern exposure - we enjoyed watching the ferry coming and leaving as well as the full moon at night. Our room was cleaned daily and fresh towels provided. Beds were comfortable. There were many excellent restaurants close by. The hotel is close to both an elevator and escalator to reach the train. Staff was friendly and helpful. We highly recommend Hotel Splendid.

Location was perfect! Lauterbrunnen valley is absolutely beautiful (been there twice) and Valley Hostel has a great price for Swiss alps. We liked the view, but the room could have been bigger. It was quite tiny for two people, especially for almost a week long stay. Luckily we spent most of the time hiking around, so all is good. Overall we had a great stay in Valley Hostel. :)

Just a few minutes from the city center, great service and food. Our room had a great design and was spacious. Staff is really kind and attentive, will definitely be back.

The property had a good view and a short drive to Interlaken Ost station. House was clean and had a good vibe. The owner was helpful and nice.

Parking was a bit of a confusion for guests. Enough space to park two cars but takes some guess work to figure out where to park. The neighbour was an angry lady, guess because many guests park at her property accidentally, just like I did.

Can hear the trains zooming past during night time but given the convenience of the accommodation’s location, this is not too much of an issue.
