The bed (double) was tiny for my husband and I. We struggled a bit with noise and lighting. Took quite bright (even after closing the shutters), and noise of the street and church bells.

Great location. Breakfast was fantastic. Enjoyed the communal space and having access to kettle and microwave and cutlery. Staff was lovely and accommodating when I asked for more pillows and a top sheet.

It would be nicer to varieties of breakfast choices

The location is the best next to the town parking lot, within walking distance to restaurants, the falls and falls view point. Breakfast is fine nothing special. The staff ( Gabby) is super friendly and helpful and she went above and beyond her duty in assisting us.

The rooms were very small and there was no luxury, the towels were very small and hard. There should be a television in reception as we were not aware of any news. We were going to Zermatt and it was flooded and cut off and we had no clue. There was nothing to make you feel special.

The staff were very good, the location was great and we loved sitting on the balcony in the afternoon people watching.

Room rate is high for a small 15 room inn. I guess there is limited supply in this village, thus the high price.

Wholesome breakfast to start the day. Gaby and Anna were very helpful and always around to assist us. Chalet Rosa is well located and convenient to see Lauterbrunnen and the entire Jungfrau area.

The breakfast was simple but good, the rooms were a little smaller than typical hotel rooms but with everything you'd need, and the location towards the end of town right by the waterfall was ideal. There was a large common area with couches, tables, coffee/tea, refrigerator, wine, etc., that we enjoyed every night together, as well as tables/chairs right outside. Gabby, the host, was amazing! She was super accommodating and made sure we had everything we needed, including packing up food for our early morning departure.

The only negative is we were on the first floor facing the street, so we had a lot of street noise. It wasn’t terrible with the windows closed, but being summer we did need to open the windows some. Definitely not a big deal and a fair trade off for the perfect location.

The location is amazing. The room was spotlessly clean and Gabby was wonderful about accommodating our early arrival.

If you are a light sleeper, you may struggle with noise from the road and church bell. Price is high for the quality of establishment elsewhere in the world, but on par for Swiss prices.

Friendly and helpful staff. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Excellent location. Good selection for a continental breakfast. Nice communal area, with option to use a communal fridge which was very helpful for baby milk:) Felt straight at home. We would happily stay here again.

gabby and the other girl was so nice this is my first experience with B&B stays but i will do it again , and if i come back again to lauterbrunnen i will reserve here for sure. the place so close to the waterfall ( without waterfall view but it still next to it and the view to the village was adorable ) RECOMMENDED !! 10/10

This B&B was perfect for our stay in Lauterbrunnen. We rented two rooms for our family. Gabby was an excellent host and helped with everything we needed. Everything was clean and the breakfasts were a delicious way to start to our days. This is a beautiful piece of the world!

very friendly and professional staff and the owner Johnathan in particular . i had a reservation at another hotel but the room was not liveable and Johnathan rezolve ad-hoc and give us a wonder room with view to cascades and just a few steps to climb from the entry.all the aspects of the room and bathroom was excellent.
