The room was stunning and the gold loo made me smile! Views from the hotel rooftop was amazing. The staff were fabulous, going above and beyond to make my experience top-notch (thank you). A quiet room with everything you could need. With a hotel right in the middle of the Old City who could ask for more. I was staying just before the F1 (roads closed as the F1 circuit runs around the Old City), but the hotel staff had plans in place to ease the transfer from the airport - smooth sailing (as I said, above and beyond). It's a great place to stay for the Old City, right by the Maiden Tower, with views across to the Flame Towers. Plus, the hotel staff have lots of recommendations for local 'must-dos'. Would definitely recommend staying.

The curtains didn't quite cover the windows, but it was OK as the room didn't have sunlight streaming through the windows. The mattress was a little hard for me, but the staff went out of their way to try and make it more comfortable. Perfect for those who like a hard mattress. No restaurant facilities on site, but that was OK as it was a short walk to grab brekkie. The TV channels took a while to get used to - instructions would be good. But nothing really to moan about, it was a fabulous stay with a great team looking after me. Thank you.

Bilgah Beach Hotel offers a beautiful, serene retreat right by the Caspian Sea, away from the bustling city center. The reception staff were exceptionally friendly and made my check-in seamless, even upgrading me to a balcony-view suite and providing a helpful room transfer. The peaceful surroundings added to the relaxing atmosphere of the stay.

The location is somewhat distant from Old Baku, which is the main draw for tourists. Although it requires a longer drive to reach these sights, the hotel’s tranquil setting made up for it.

Staff were helpful, arranged for me to be picked up at the airport, and the reception was open all night. Let me leave my bags there after I checked out, and the price was ok for what it was. Great location, a few minutes walk from the old city.

Good location, close to metro station and shoping centre. Extremely nice, polite and helpful staff. They served me early breakfast when I had to leve early.

A spacious, well-equipped apartment with a fantastic host. 24-hour supermarkets and shops are conveniently nearby. I’ll definitely return when I’m in Baku!
