Very comfortable bed. Beautiful design in oriental style. I especially liked the professionalism of the staff, special thanks to Ibrahim who helped us with everything. The hotel also has 2 cute cats, one of which is called Snowball.

Everything. If you are looking for a hotel in Baku, don't hesitate booking Qiz Galasi hotel. It's perfect in everything, and the staff members are extremely nice. They even did extra steps and helped me to be able to watch the Euro2024 games. There are also 2 cute cats in the hotel.

Bathroom was pretty small for a 6 ft guy..especially bathing area with the shower sliding doors closed.. You will be in a constrained space.. location was inside old city.. we pre- booked our taxi via booking.com.. To enter old city , we have to pay driver 2 AZN separately by cash.. when we arrived we only had USD & no AZN.. so the driver dropped us outside old city.. we had to walk and climb stairs with our luggage in scorching heat.. The same thing happened when we booked a day trip with a local agency with pickup and drop facility to hotel.. They also asked us to come outside of old city..They also dropped us back outside old city after a tiring day.. This was not as big an issue as walking with luggage in heat..(it was both a 10 minutes walk) on other days , it was fine , as we didnt have to explore old city separately and we could just walk to all places.. Also during checkout , we kept 2 AZN change to give to our taxi driver and then it was fine.. This is not just an issue for this hotel..but for all hotels inside old city.. if you are not ok with this, better book a hotel outside old city.. if you are ok with it, this hotel was really good..

Rooms were pretty nice with palace like interiors.. it had all the facilities.. Room service was really good.. They give unlimited water bottle , tea & coffee packs.. Area was safe to walk even at midnight.. I was a bit concerned about this seeing the pics of the street just outside the hotel.. but it was absolutely not an issue.. staff were really welcoming and helpful.. Nizami street & Baku boulevard was at distance of just a 15 min walk.. They dont have a restaurant, but there is a really good restaurant nearby - Merci Baku restaurant..

The only downside for us that it’s located in old city and it’s not that comfortable with the stroller.

Amazing hotel! Nice design, super clean and stuff was amazing and helpful with everything. We traveled with the baby, and we got good quality crib. Baby slept amazing in it. Don’t forget to visit the rooftop, it has amazing view. 10/10 would recommend.

Excellent little hotel in a great location. Room was nice and quiet , bed comfortable, staff friendly. The rooftop terrace is amazing. Breakfast is in a nice rooftop restaurant in a different building. Go to Qaynana restaurant for dinner, it is amazing

Everything was great, really!

The staff is great. They speak English and they contacted me directly after I booked. Mr. Murad, Mr. Nariman and Mr. Ibrahim were all genuinely friendly, real people with the willing to help. I enjoyed my stay. You'll get more than what you paid for at this hotel. Don't over think it, book it now. It's in the top of the old city, and the roof top overseas Baku and the Twin Flame towers. Also the sea. All in all I will definitely make this the hotel I always choose when I come to Baku. Thank you everyone.

We had a wonderful time at this hotel. Everything was clean and beautiful, and the rooms were very colorful and cozy. The staff was very helpful with our heavy luggage and helped carry it to the taxi, even though it wasn't very close to the hotel. The rooms had all the necessary things, which made our stay very comfortable. We especially liked the attention to details, like the disposable shoe polish. Thank you to the hotel management for such great service and care for the guests!

The hotel is not big so there are no many options for choosing the room, view, or type of beds.

A minor point: it would be nice if the sheets they used when they push 2 single beds together to make a double were big enough. They don't tuck in at the sides, so you end up.sleeping on the mattress at times instead of on the sheet.

Absolutely terrific place right in the old city. Communication on WhatsApp beforehand was excellent, and from the moment I arrived to the moment I left, the staff on reception were amazing. Incredibly helpful, friendly and polite and spoke good English. The room was comfy and beautifully decorated. Even the toilet was attractive. ;) Great crockery and cutlery in the kitchen area. Terrific view from the rooftop of the Flame Towers and coastal area. The taxi they arranged to take me to the airport was super punctual, and the driver helped me to the car with my bags as a taxi can't stop beside the hotel.

They do not have a breakfast room but instead offer breakfast at an off-site restaurant. I like when there is a breakfast room in the hotel because then it gives you a chance to meet other travelers. However, I believe they are rebuilding the breakfast room and one may open in the future.

Very kind staff, extremely clean rooms and high-quality warm showers. The location is also great – a few minutes walk from the metro station, in the heart of İçərişəhər. There is a very good view of Baku from the hotel rooftop.
