The hotel staff was amazing. The Room was very dated. I had high hopes about Hyatt Regency,as the hotels in other countries are amazing. The entrance and the restaurant were good but when you enter the Room you feel depressed. I was very close to checking out and going into a different hotel. But the Manger was so polite and the rest of the staff was very helpful, therefore I stayed on. But I would not ho back.

Very happy with my stay at the hotel. Close to everything you need when you vist Baku.In the heart of the old town! Friendly and helpful staff, the design of the room and hotel was impressive, it was clean and you could see that the hotel is new, everything was fresh I love that. Definitely recommend and wanna back again.

Hotel is like palace for sure, but the front reception needs lot of improvements, Rooms were big but lagging the 5* experience location is good and it has good amenties within hotel - but room needs improvisation

Rooms were big but lagging the 5* experience Dinner was part of our package, but there was no information on the timings and i don't understand which hotel will close its dinner by 9pm strange and when we went at 9pm - the staffs were least bothered to ask and serve us- they were just clearing the buffet and stating it is closed. Hotel needs lot of improvements and i had bad experience with hotel

The staff especially Gunel and Sadiq were very courteous and helpful. The property is a little far from City. Had some technical issues like WIFI, etc. But for the price I paid, it is worth every penny.

I had booked the room for three days and had booked a big room but they gave me a small room and there was no tissue in that room, no iron, no refrigerator and no water in it. The staff was very rude specially the cleaning staff and I also booked their breakfast but the breakfast was very small for them. There were limited items in the breakfast.
