Worst experience in dubai. I booked an apartment for a couple for 9 nights and we were given only 1 full size bathing towel 1 medium size towel and 1 hand towel for 2 people. The bed sheet was a small size sheet which dint fit the bed and kept coming off. The checkin time was 3pm and the apartment was not even cleaned by 3.30pm. The toilet walls had spots of some yellow thing all over the walls like wax. All the basics were missing that you find in any accommodation, like No hair conditioner or shampoo or soap in the toilet. No complimentary water bottle, had coffee machine but no coffee or sugar or anything. Icing on the cake, when I complained about this to the company who manages it, I got the company directors call who said she would make sure I would get the basic necessary stuff and the bed sheet changed and some compensation, but again nothing. Just words.
