I recently stayed at Star Metro Hotel, and I wanted to express my heartfelt appreciation for the exceptional service provided by Sirajur and Shivam. Sirajur's welcoming attitude and dedicated service truly made my stay memorable. His attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile ensured that all my needs were met with utmost care. It's rare to find someone who genuinely cares about the comfort and satisfaction of their guests, and Sirajur exemplifies this quality perfectly. A special mention must go to Shivam, who is undoubtedly the friendliest staff member I have ever encountered. His cheerful demeanor and constant willingness to assist set a high standard for customer service. Shivam's thoughtful gesture of calling my room to check if I needed anything was greatly appreciated and added a personal touch to my stay. The hotel needs improvement in pest control. There are little cockroaches in the kitchen. Some of the neighbors don’t know how to use the exhaust in the kitchen, it trip off the smoke alarm

My one concern would be that the property gives a thorough re-do in the washrooms. I felt like that bathtub might crack once I stepped over.

The staffs are great. Especially the front desk staff Mr. Chandra goes above and beyond in making sure that your stay is top notch. Rooms are spacious and swimming pool is huge.

Noise of constant traffic and people but that is the norm in most parts of Dubai and nothing to do with the accommodation itself.

Nicely designed, functional and clean apartment with a beautiful view Swimming pool is nice but unfortunately it closes at 8pm and the swimming pool guy is very polite and nice Massage center is good after a tiring day and adventures. Supermarket near with delivery service. Nice resturants nearby and juices. Wifi is nice but some parts of the swimming pool doesn't have much coverage Cool and polite staff Gym is nice and may I suggest an open gym near the swimming pool for calisthenics Nice travel agent with many services at the lobby A 24 hours café with like Americano, Turkish and Arabian coffee would be a nice addition especially with outdoor seating and water mist cooling system.

I woke up with lots of bites on my body. Requested pest control, assuming that bedbugs might be there. And upon checking bedbugs were found by pest control staff on the bed. Medicine was applied only around that area. Hopefully closets and other areas doesn’t have bedbugs.

Studio has everything you need. Washing machine, fridge, microwave, TV, gas stove even. Cleaner was very helpful, his name is Chan. I think he is the only one knew what we need and what we don’t.

Location It’s not bad but not great, lots of restaurants and supermarkets within walking distance, Restaurants are only mediocre Indian and Philippine food. It’s located in an area with LOTS of bed spaces for Dubai workers so the foot traffic is insane. It’s at least 30 mins away from most interesting things so our taxi bill got pretty high. Cleanliness So the rooms are clean enough when checking in but room service doesn’t do much after, I even put up a “clean my room” sign on the fourth day but they only made the bed without changing the sheets, The floors and bathroom were obviously dirty but didn’t get cleaned till we checked out. The lobby smells Awful, This might be because of the guests cooking different foods.

The room Rooms are really big sometimes we forgot we were in a hotel, Besides the gross plastic dish rack, The kitchen was very functional especially if you’re traveling on a budget. Location A bunch of restaurants, clothing stores just outside the hotel.

During my most recent stay, I encountered an issue that was quite unexpected given my usual experiences here. Upon checking into my room on the third floor, I noticed that the cleanliness was not up to the usual high standards. The floor was noticeably dirty with visible footprints, which was disappointing. Additionally, when room service came to clean, the process seemed rushed and not as thorough as I have come to expect from this establishment. It was not the professional standard that I've experienced in the past at this hotel. However, I assume this to be a one-time oversight rather than a recurring issue, given the consistently excellent service I have received here over the years. I trust that the hotel management will address this and ensure that it is corrected moving forward. I look forward to my next stay and expect to see the usual high standards reinstated.

I've found my go-to place to stay! Located just a short walk from the metro station, with a 24-hour supermarket conveniently situated right under the building, this hotel continues to impress me. I usually opt for the one-bedroom apartment, which offers an incredible amount of space for the price. It's perfect for having friends over, spacious and comfortable. A standout feature for me has always been the exceptional service at the reception, especially from a gentleman named Pandey. His welcoming and helpful demeanor is one of the main reasons I keep coming back. Pandey always ensures my booking is checked and ready even before my arrival, making each of my stays seamless and enjoyable. Despite wearing a face mask, you can always see the smile in his eyes, which adds a personal touch to the service. Thanks to Pandey and the entire reception team, my hotel experiences here have been nothing short of fantastic. Highly recommended for anyone looking for great value and warm hospitality!
