Flora Al Barsha is definitely value for money,the rooms are big and comfortable,lovely spacious bathrooms.The staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful,the reception assisted with early check-in which was exactly what we needed after a long flight. The restaurant staff always has smiles on their faces and the service was excellent. I will definitely stay at Flora again. The location is perfect. Just 5mins from Mall of Emirates FYI make sure to use the Kempinksi hotel entrance the escalators leads directly into the mall. About 10mins walk to the metro which will take you to all the main attractions.

Everything was just so easy to get too, I love that they had everything I needed like the spa the swimming pool they had three different restaurants in the property as well so we didn’t have to go out and look for food. Also, they call you a taxi when you need it straight away and the room service is really good as well. The staff are really nice as well and also the housekeeping was really good, especially a lady that used to clean our room would do an exceptional job making sure everything was nice and tidy

Awesome room with really nice view. The family that hosted was incredible hospitable and welcoming. We could use facilities in the kitchen and our stay was absolutely comfortable. Also the location is very central in a nice area.

Property is too old, it needs renovation. Rooms are squeezed especially the washroom, the photos on booking are the old ones it seems, we didnt get the wow feeling it being a 4 star.property. Corridor spaces and lift was warm, seems ac wasnt working, and few times bad smell in.corridors. We had issues with mini bar and ac not working though it was fixed, wasnt expecting this to happen.
