I had the deluxe room with a balcony and amazing sea view. Check-in and check-out process was very fast and smooth. The staff are very helpful and friendly especially the staff working in the breakfast area in the morning. Breakfast was excellent as it had a wide variety of food selection. Room dining was good too and open 24 hours. Room Service was excellent and quick too. The room was spacious and clean. The Hotel is very close to the airport and to all the main attractions in Yas Island.

The room was great, they upgraded me to a suite, which was brilliant. I love the fact that you can open the curtain in the morning and see Green grass, it makes a difference.

The room was comfortable, and the recrotion atea was lovely. The reception staff were friendly and polite. No welcome drink though!

Rooms were comfortable but not as cleans as expected; no milk, or biscuits, 2 old apples presented. Not appetising at all. Breakfast was a shambles, the staff although polite seemed like deers in headlights. Waited way too long for basics like poached eggs. Concierge, while polite, had no idea that when we asked for information, that was not a request to book. It was also OK just to leave us standing at his desk waiting for someone to call. Customer service lacking. My friends requested I formation the previous day and received a 'received' response but no one actually provided any information. Their room was also not cleaned adequately with water bottles from previous guests left in the room. I recommended this hotel and was very embarrassed.
