The hotel staff were very friendly, and helped us with directions and booking the tours for us. Enjoyed the breakfast there very much. Liked the little courtyard near the reception area. The room was very nice and clean with much advanced technology :-)

The property was extremely clean. everyday they would come to clean and bring new slippers, towels, toilet paper and water. There was a smart toilet in the bathroom with heated seat who opened every time it sensed you were approaching. as soon as you were done it would flush and close on its own. the beds are sooo fluffy and you can close the curtains by pressing a button near the bed. there is also the AC who saved us in the heat. we were so cozy that we almost felt sad when it was time to go out, ahahahah. It was my birthday and the staff was amazing i can’t begin to talk about how more than perfect they were. I really did not expect it. They put a birthday song when i went to the breakfast area and they wrote happy birthday with the carrots in my noodles!! they also gave me a cake with a crown and a candle. The cake was delicious. I almost cried. they were so?? my english is not good enough to express my gratitude at the fullest. Also the breakfast was always so good (i loved the salad with the special sauce and the spring rolls). 100000000000/10, would recommend. I’ll come back if I ever come back to chengdu.

The location is right in the center of locals activities but need to walk past the back of a restaurant which makes the environment a little bit messy.

The best part is the staff. They were very attentive and friendly. Always try to fulfill customers requests. The room is clean and functional.

We stayed for 4 nights and we couldn't be happier about our choice. The location is amazing, a few steps away from restaurants, tea houses, and little shops. The hotel looks like it has been refurbished recently. Everything is clean and new. The staff are super helpful and kind and they all speak good English (this is not obvious in China). We booked 2 tours through the Hotel concierge Sophie. She was so helpful, we didn't have to worry about anything. Breakfast is very good with Chinese and western style options too.

We loved the fresh ingredients of the breakfast which were loaded with various vegetables, yummy Chinese pastries and salads plus meats. Each dish was very well prepared and kept warm. In addition, they also provide cereals, nuts, milk, yogurt, juices and probiotic drinks. We definitely will recommend this hotel to our friends.

The toilet ventilation fan I had in my room was loud. The toilet bowl water splashes out when flushing if you do not close the lid.

The room was very comfortable and it felt very clean. The staff are able to recommend you to good, nearby places to eat spicy hotpot. There is a very pretty street about 10 minutes away with pretty decorations and good food. The metro within walking distance, and a temple is located 2 minutes away. There are tons of good food and drinks along the street downstairs. The breakfast provided was mostly western food and taste-wise, it will suit white people. It was buffet style with about 10 different dishes.

The staff were incredibly helpful and so so friendly and answered all of my questions (and I had a lot) and they helped me plan my day trip to Leshan. The breakfast and coffee were both very good. The location isn't too central to anything but it was very close to the metro station for an easy ride in and there is a fairly large market right outside and a lovely monastry.

Everything was superb. The room was nice and equipped with smart toilet (I even feel this could be a bad point because I'm not sure whether I'm not smart enough or it's too smart😅). The sound proofing was quite good as well. Breakfast was sumptuous, albeit as oily as all the food in this region). They even have made to order handcrafted coffee in their breakfast buffet.

Lovely stay. In an excellent location with close by restaurants and pedestrian street with gift shops. Very clean and the details in the room the cutest ever with panda designs everywhere. The breakfast is very simple and they have few option but it was tasty.

There was not much table space in the room, and the wifi is not that fast. It's located a bit far from the nearest metro station (about 10-15 mins walk) but there are lots of shops and restaurants along the way.

Beautiful and comfortable inn in a peaceful location, near the tourist area. There's a very nice courtyard where you can dine and rest. Service from the staff was superb. Had a great stay overall and would definitely recommend it!
