The staff was super nice and always tried to help us. Also the breakfast was really good and they have a great chinese restaurant. The room we had was spacious and the experience was all in all great.

There were renovations happening and they didn’t tell us about it beforehand. It was so loud that we didn’t sleep at all. Also because the AC didn’t work. Decided to check out early and move to a different hotel. Did get a full refund though which was much appreciated despite the conditions.

Nothing, really great place to stay. No complaints whatsoever.

Clean, exceptionally well maintained, very friendly and helpful staff. Rooms are very comfortable, quiet despite the busy pedestrian area and stocked with lots of helpful items. Aircon easy to use for a comfortable temperature. We had our child with us but the bed was so big that we were able to share. Pool is lovely with complimentary towels and pool shoes. Concierge was able to help with lots of enquiries plus booking Tiananmen Square which is difficult without local Internet access. Location is fabulous, on Wangfujing which really comes alive in the evening. They take 1000 yuan deposit at book in which is returned at check out. Absolutely no complaints at all. Marvellous place to stay.

The room was clean, comfortable and the bed was great!!! The rooms have been recently renovated and there was more renovations happening. We also enjoyed a massage through the spa service which was easy to arrange.

Except for the room the facilities are a little bit old fashion. The perfume in the lobby is good but too strong, make you feel dizzy.

We could see the room is renovated in a nice modern style. Everything is functional. Breakfast have many good options ! Staff we encountered was so nice and can speak English. Location is central and 15 minutes walk from Gugong

I recently stayed at the Sunworld Dynasty Hotel Beijing Wangfujing and was thoroughly impressed. The hotel's location is superb, right in the heart of the city and close to many fantastic dining spots and iconic attractions like the Forbidden City and the Temple of Heaven. I appreciated the amenities such as the spacious gym and swimming pool, which added to the overall experience. Moreover, the cleanliness of the rooms and bathrooms was exceptional, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Beijing.

Perfect location in the middle of the city. Metro station, Forbidden City, Jingshan Park, Tian'anmen etc. very close to the hotel. The room was very nice, big and clean. Breakfast is perfect.

Didn't have a competitive rate for Great Wall trip. We booked our trip with another nearby 5 star hotel which was nearby.

We were accommodated in a small room while my friend and his partner who had booked for similar room was accommodated in larger room. Luckily our room was smelly and we were the transferred to a larger room.
