No bath tub and there is no swimming pool.

Good location very close to Disneyland with free hotel shuttle. If you miss the free shuttle taxi costs about 20RMB. Room is spacious and clean. Kids love the buffet breakfast with Western and Chinese food. There were cotton candy cart, fun activities and playroom in the hotel for children which was great!

The place was very ulte and clean with it been nearest to dianeyland. They provide free shuttle service to and from the place which must be booked 3 days in advance. The hotel staff Rachel was so helpful in accommodating my stay since I had a late check in

Some guests smoked in the hallway on the non-smoking floor. But there was no smell in the room.

A good choice for those who want to visit Disneyland. There is a shuttle to the airport and Disneyland, very convenient(reservation required). Breakfast is very delicious. And the hotel restaurant is a good choice for dinner,if you don't want to pay for expensive meals at Disney.

Shuttle to city was just once a day, would be better if frequency is increased due to limited activities in the hotel vicinity. Wish that staff knew better about attractions nearby — eg website states that there’s an ecological park, staff told us park would be opened till 8pm. We got there at 6pm by taxi but it was already closed. There’s also a luxury outlet mall (expensive) nearby but staff did not seem to know when we asked. We did find it eventually. There are restaurants at that mall if you want something different from the hotel’s offering. Hotel appears relatively new but not very well-maintained with visible signs of wear and tear. Hopefully it remains a gem in years to come.

Great hotel for families. We used the complimentary shuttle to disney and airport. We also did our laundry in the laundry room, which comes with soap and dryer. (Tip: do this during mid-day when ur child gets a nap, cus both machines will get occupied in the evenings). Gym is located next to laundry room and kids playground, which I thought was a thoughtful design. There’s also a kids activity just outside breakfast, which my child really enjoyed — all thanks to the kind and gentle lady who was so patient with the kids.

Sadly the shuttle bus wasn't running at convenient times for pick up and drop off at the airport.

Smart and clean with pleasant helpful staff. Rooms a good size. Amazing choice at breakfast for all tastes. Shuttle bus to and from Disney was great. We were kindly allowed to check in early.

The air conditioning was either not working or they gave many reasons why it wasn’t on. We got to our room and it was 26 to 28 degrees. It was very hot in our room and this is unacceptable. If they don’t have air conditioning at this time of the year, it should be on their website. We slept in heat all night and it was very uncomfortable.

Cleaning could improve top say something, but in general it was very good! Light in the room can be better as well as the beds, but in general everything was pretty well.

Service provided is very convenient, they offer shuttle from station to hotel and then from Hotel to Disney Resort, making it a perfect spot to stay in when visiting Disney. Breakfast was superb, very varied offer of western and Chinese food. Value for money.

1. No convenience store or grocery store nearby. Location is poor. 2. There are limited space for luggage storage for the shuttle service 3. Room is too hot (because of the heating), however, when you switch to A/C, it becomes too cold. 4. Wi-Fi is slow. 5. No bathtub. And the water-proof work for the bathroom glass door is poor, the floor becomes very wet after bathing each time.

1. The room is spacious, and a nice baby crib has been arranged for us. 2. The free shuttle service between hotel and airport, and between hotel and Disneyland is excellent.. 3. There is a huge variety of food offered in the hotel breakfast, and the food is yummy! 4. The Kids Land is wonderful for kids! Really appreciated!

The location is far to find other restaurants, the restaurant only in the hotel and disney area.

The hotel.is clean, the room is big enough and we have got free upgrade room, since we are family. They have free shuttle but to Disneyland and also Pudong Airport. The some of the staff speak english.
