Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

CanadaI can't really think of anything I didn't like. Everything was pretty good so if I do mention anything I feel it would be a nit-pick. I guess wearing the swim-cap as a requirement for the pool felt a bit strange to me because I've never worn one before. (It was kind of funny actually because my hair is really long and I didn't want to get it wet so I braided it up in a bun on top of my head and then the swim-cap didn't fit over my entire head haha)
The location was conveniently close to a metro and shops. There were lots of facilities and though we only stayed one night and didn't get to use them all we did enjoy the pool. The staff were also very helpful; especially Carol who retrieved our stored luggage in the morning and called a taxi for us. She was super friendly and made sure the driver knew where we were trying to go by writing the address on a piece of paper. She also confirmed the taxi price and saw us off when we left. Excellent service^-^

TaiwanThe way of access to this property by public transportation had better guidelined to the customers lest a large amount of taxi fare is to be wasted.
The breakfast is gorgeous with plenty of choices and good quality food.
