Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta, Iceland, Australia, Greece, Brazil and North Carolina. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Singaporelike to suggest the restuarant that is serving breafast to consider opening up by seats sections by sections. so that when guests are seated closer, the service crews can attend to the need faster. discover that the table is not really clean after the guest left.. just a simple replace of some spoons n forks, rearrange the placement mat...
there are still room for improvement on the room cleanliness. the bed frame, the corner at the angle.. believe me, guests are not there to find fault. but with dust spot appearing prominently on the white / black or brown surface.. is just too obvious to ignore.

PakistanI booked a room with city view but was given a room with a roof view. The paint on the side wall was scratched, which was giving a bad look to the room overall. Rooms should be maintained at a high standard as expected at a 5-star property. TV remote was not working properly. it seems like they are still using outdated TV models, and certainly the volume on the TV wasn't good enough for the room although the volume in the bathroom for the TV was high enough that I had to use it to listen it into the room.
