I would have liked a slightly more diverse breakfast option. Perhaps change the buffet options a little bit. For the Fair you stay a while and then the options start to feel limited.

I loved the way the staff at the counters really helped with whatever they could assist with. I believe the staff did very well. I appreciated their friendliness as well.

Internet connectivity and the lack of diversity in terms of charging points to cater for other types of sockets was a drawback. Additionally the plumbing of the toilet seat needs to be reviewed

The hotel location, food and amenities in the hotel and the surroundings were on point and thus i would definitely consider booking the hotel again or recommend it to others

The pricing was higher due to the canton trade fair taking place. Food was very limited and not much consideration is given to vegetarian or halal cuisine. The food is also not separated at the buffet and the same utensils were used for both food types.

Overall it’s a good hotel.

The food in the asian restaurant is horrible and extremely expensive. Everything looks very fancy but the food is chewy and has absolutely no taste. There are houndreds of Asian restaurants from local ones to Michelin restaurant all around the city with awesome food and great prices (5-6 times more cheaper than in the hotel). Definetly overrated. The Char Steakhouse was ok, but didn't worth the price for sure. SPA was absurdly expensive (8 times more expensive than any other SPA in the city). I payed 170 Yen for a 60 minutes Chinese massage in a SPA around the hotel, and 1800 Yen for a 90 minutes massage at the hotel. Which was not even that good as the cheaper one. In these 90 minutes I had no foot massage, and the therapist didn't follow my requests that I need a deep massage on the hips as I was very tensioned there. She told me if I want her to insist there I must pay extra or take the special hip massage.

The breakfast was varied but it took me a while to get used with soups at breakfast. I would appreciate more western food and fresh vegetables. Location is good for Canton Fair as it is very close and the room view was stunning.

I was shocked that the concierge and counter staff were not aware of the free shuttle bus. I asked and I was told that they did not know. I found out on the second day that there was a bus. This was unacceptable, especially from a supposedly 5-star hotel. The management of the hotel should find out what went wrong. Not only should they have told me there was a free shuttle bus service they should have given me the times. Very poor effort.

The rooms were very nice and comfortable. One of the better business hotels I have stayed in. The room service was good and quick.

Every is excellent, for breakfast my suggestion is to consider more halal food such as fried the eggs in olive oil with special pan and to increase the varieties little bit with eastern food such as cheeses and raw vegetables salad

Maybe a little bit more shuttle busses? It would help, if the passage on the terrace were open for an evening walk. Everything were just fine, nothing to add. Maybe if the price were a bit cheaper, I guess ))

The breakfast was magnificent, we could stay there all day if it wasn't for the Canton Fair ) Since we stayed during Canton Fair, it was very nice to be able to print out a pass, that my boss has forgot to bring from home. Every day going out to the Fair and coming back was like a small holiday – management went out of their ways, to make us happy and comfy. The bus stop is just across the 9.1 entrance, and to help us save some time, morning buses were stopping just across the street, so we won't loose time, for entering that busy parking.
