Great breakfast, shopping mall nearby, subway station is also close to the hotel. Beach is fantastic! Room was good enough, clean and cozy.

Room was upgraded - instead of sea view I got large suite. It was suitable as for business, as for rest. There was good view to part of the beach. Possibility to walk on the beach - additinal pleasure. Breakfast was probably on of the best I tried in China.

Great location on the water front, staff were amazing and very accommodating for me as I did not speak mandarin. Appreciate all the effort to help me with Taxis and other things. Gym was great. Breakfast spread was very good, although could be more vegetarian options. Room was very spacious, comfortable and clean. Loved it here.

The heating wasn’t adjustable so the rooms were a little uncomfortable but they provided a fan which helped immensely! Also the in-room dining wasn’t up to scratch really.

The facilities were wonderful and the staff really attentive, even with very small details.

The front desk manager is rude and obnoxious. He is not willing to listen to suggestions and he gave us the wrong information about the beach and swimming conditions which was exceptionally annoying as we booked this hotel because it has beach access and if we knew swimming at the beach would be a problem then I would have just booked a hotel closer to beach no1 which was excellent. If you do not know something, then rather be honest and say you are not able to comment on the matter as opposed to say it’s “government policy”. It’s infuriating when people share misinformation.

The hotel is right on the beach so you get a stunning view all around. The lounge access was good and the staff in the lounge were exceptional as they were accommodating and attentive.

My room was extremely dusty and my spy camera/ microphone detector was going off in the room ( the side table next to the bed). This made me uncomfortable, so I checked out after one night. The bed was very hard, and way too small for a deluxe king room. The bed cover was also too small for the bed, in a nutshell, I had a very uncomfortable stay. Made me rethink booking the Hyatt Regency hotels in the future. The shower/ tub water was Luke warm, it’s currently winter so that was a let down. For some bizarre reason, the bath tub had light brownish water coming out when I decided to take a bath in the evening. It was a horrible stay

I looked the direct beach access. The view from my room was great. The lady at the Beba restaurant was also very hospitable and friendly. She helped me to find a jazz bar when I said I wanted to hear live music

Room not ready in 3pm. I check in room at 4pm, until 5pm I got room card. Check in girl not professional and friendly.

Service should be ranting 1 star. It didn't match 5 star hotel. Check-in was so slow and the male staff at the front desk spoke so "gently" that we barely heard him. Breakfast service was ridiculous. Booked 2 rooms both including breakfast but only 1 guest was allowed to get in the cafeteria. Argued with staff for long. Should have been better.
