Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

RussiaA bit complicated process with booking shuttle bus from airport. As i did not have a rouming in China i could not make a call when i arrive to otder shuttle bus.
It is comfortable stay in connection flight. It is quet and relaxing place. I used sauna that made my rest time much better. Hotel is big and have a nice interior. The staff pay atention to me.

Fantastic staff. They came and picked me up from the airport in a personal Mercedes very quickly when I called them. Gym was well equipped. Modern, clean rooms with great bed.

I spent one night in the Hotel because of a missed flight connections. Good location close to the airport. The room is comfortable and cleaned.

South AfricaThe hotel advertises a 24-hour shuttle service to the airport. This is false. We wanted to arrange the shuttle for 4am. We were, however, told the shuttle only starts at 9am. This is the very reason we booked the hotel. We ended up taking a taxi which was less than ideal.

The airport shuttle to and from the airport was very helpful. The room was of good size and functional for a one-night stopover. The breakfast offered a good variety of choice.

SwedenAbsolutely unacceptable that we basically blamed for not reservating our airport transfer: we knew there was a shuttle service but not in descriptions and not when checking in it was pointed out to us we needed to book it upfront: 'normally' a shuttle bus simply drives back and forth whenever people with suitcases appear and are in need for a ride. We were asked to book a taxi ourselves which we of course declined and demanded and got a free ride - yet accepted be cramped in one small taxi. Do NOT eat dinner here!! It is tasteless very overpriced mediocre. In strong contrast to the super breakfast we enjoyed the morning after.
Absolutely fantastic breakfast. Nice large hotel. Free airport transfer (allthough it gave us some issues). No questions asked switch of rooms after we concluded people had smoked in our initial room.

United StatesBut as for an American brand large hotel there is not a high percentage of English speaking employees. There are bathrobes but not sleeping wear. No store or sundry in the hotel. Breakfast is okay but not fantastic. Chinese restaurant is mediocre.
It's very close to the China International Exhibition Center and relatively close to PEK airport. Free shuttle to the airport is handy. It's still within a walking distance from Exhibition Center (a bit of walk, though).
