The property is not well re-designed and manufactured. Some appliances seem to be run-off. The pool and the gym and the shower facilities need some refurbish- and refreshment.

The high floor view and the breakfast were nice.

Pitiful hotel, very old room, not even a mixer in the bathtub and in addition to that non-compliant photo we had to have the room with the bathtub overlooking the city and we had an old room with bathtub with a view of the tiles...

The Manager Cara was extremely helpful with my check in and helped my luggage also. The hotel was nice, room was good and the location was fantastic. And I also got a very sweet welcome card, that was nice. Thanks again to Cara and hope to see you next time.

The fact that majority of the receptionist don't speak English. Secondly, elevators are very slow and it took for ever to come. Thirdly, staff in the reception was not honest she took the deposit from the some of us and the remaining none and till this moment we didn't get our deposite back although nothing from the bar were taken. I can't recall everything about my stay but it was unpleasant and iam pretty sure my friends had same issues if not more

Check in take too long, we are in group of 5 room during check in we all have to wait till all room is set which staff should allow each room go to their room first and keep last room to settle paynent.staff don't speak English either

Difficult to coordinate with some of the stuff due to not speaking English. Also, trying to sell swimming pool caps and insisting in wearing the caps while swimming (not implemented in other countries). Moreover, I was informed while checking out that my booking was upgraded and I had to pay more but after challenging they corrected the receipt and paid the agreed reservation amount.

We added an extra bed, which I found the head board super dirty and badly damaged, and come with blood stains on the pillowcase, which was very unhygienic.

Some of the room was old looking, bathroom looked like it needs a good refresh. Asked for room service glass of wine and lack of understanding for this basic request, I was given a glass but no wine then told there was no wine and had to go and ask the concierge. Not what I’d expect from a hotel of this quality.

The hotel's location is simply perfect, offering easy access to the Nanjin road, which leads to the main landmarks. This made exploring the city a breeze and added so much convenience to my trip. The interior design of the room was modern and stylish, creating a welcoming atmosphere that made me feel right at home. I particularly appreciated the attention to detail in the decor, which added a touch of luxury to my stay. Furthermore, I cannot say enough good things about the staff. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm smiles and excellent service.
