Great place for a stay. Close to the city and bus terminal. Clean and tidy. Helpful staff - they agreed to store our luggage when we went to the W-Trek and delivered it back to our room when we returned. Best scrambled eggs during our whole stay in Patagonia!

This is a fantastic option in Puerto Natales. We had an early bus so it is very handy for both town and the bus station. The team were all really helpful and friendly. We could park safely outside the apartment. Very quiet and peaceful. Breakfast was very good. This is brilliant value for money and we enjoyed our stay. WiFi works really well.

The location worked for us because we were only passing through. There were restaurants within walking distance but if you want to be near the waterfront this hotel is a bit far.

Ideally located in a quiet part of town, a 750-metre walk from the Bus Sur terminal. The apartment was meticulous — firm, comfortable beds, hot showers with fabulous water pressure, shampoo and soap provided, kitchen well-equipped. A full buffet breakfast is included. It starts at 6:30 am but the chef laid it all out, including scrambled eggs, bacon, yoghurt, fresh fruit and cereals, at 6 so we could catch our bus to Torres Del Paine for 7 am. The hotel was fully booked for the end of our stay, but Trotamundos volunteered to store our extra luggage at no charge and even transported it to our new hostel for our final night in Puerto Natales. Truly above and beyond all expectations.

The arrived at the location after a long hike at 11.04pm. We were rushed to check in not in a very kind way. They did not even wait for us to park the car.

They need a bit better system of marking off parking for each unit. One morning we could not get our car out of their narrow parking lot because a late entry car blocked everyone's 1 exit. We had to quickly call a cab and pay extra to get to our boat tour in time. I know it is not their fault but their next door neighbors dogs barked ALL NIGHT and kept us up even with all the windows closed.

Charming Apartment style lodging. Perfect for families that want a little extra space and 2 bedrooms. Breakfast had many choices and they started breakfast early so easy to get some food before full day of touring.
