We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

CanadaThe only negative was the bathroom in our seaside room (21) is quite dated, and although clean, has a very run down feeling. It is not nearly as attractive as the modern bathroom in the website pictures. It needs an interior decorating refresh, and some basic maintenance.
Location by the sea, small hotel with “family run” atmosphere, pleasant and helpful staff.

SwedenNice room with a nice view from the room over the sea. Nice breakfast in the room but only one cup of coffee. To enjoy the nice place, it would be nice to have at least 2 cups of coffee for breakfast. Champagne offered in reception really small 3-4 cl, better not offer this (higher level of room) and small bottle champagne from the room was almost without bubbles, only tasted it and and did not drink, reception wanted payment anyway.

The view is amazing! Even better than the pictures they show. The staff is very polite and accommodates to your needs. The very close, walking distance beach. The tempered pool (the ocean is kinda cold) The ping pong and pool tables. The possibility of a massage/sauna.

United KingdomThe room was 'tired' and the bathroom similarly. Whilst it was clean it just needs some attention to make it feel like it was worth the price that we paid. Radiator was hung on the wall at a jaunty angle, tiles were cracked (but not dangerous in anyway). The patio doors didn't quite fit correctly. It just felt like the room needed a bit of maintenance and care. Unfortunately we did not sleep brilliantly due to the noise of a disco which was nearby.
The room was spacious and the view was amazing. The beds were comfortable and clean. The staff in the hotel were helpful, friendly and offered plenty of advice and support for us, suggesting places to visit and organising taxis. The Chilean breakfast was served in our room and was plentiful. The room had a balcony which opened onto the sea which had an amazing view which we enjoyed.

ChileBefore the pandemic the hotel used to have a restaurant which I had heard great things about, unfortunately, after the pandemic they still haven't reopened said restaurant. Breakfast is brought to your room, and though that may be a preference for some, i prefer to have the option to have "a nice buffet style breakfast". Of course if i knew these things before choosing, i would have still chosen this marvelous hotel.
The hotel has a beautiful view, a heated pool with ocean view and room service. Its the kind of place where you feel cosy. We came during the world cup, so there was a nice place for everyone to watch matches and share. They also do massages which i found lots more relaxing than any other time I had a massage. The staff is always ready to help.

CanadaThe receptionist and room service was absolutely indifferent when we asked for a champagne to have it deliver to the room a certain time. it did not came at the time requested and I had to go to reception to demand the delivery so I can enjoy the sunset. No apology for the delay and plus they dare to “make a hold payment” to request an 220/110 AC adaptor. Wow! Warning: if you are traveling for work like me and don’t want to be charge the Tax (IVA) on your reservation (not advertised anywhere btw) you need to present you boarding pass and passport. it’s a nice place but needs a lot of improvement in customer service.

ChileAll was ok. COVID restrictions are of course not so nice, but that's not the fault of the hotel.
We had the family room - it was great; also the kids loved it. The location of the hotel is also great since it is in between Vina and Renaca, so both places are quite near to reach. Also a big plus is that plenty of parking is available.
