Nothing to complain

Great place to stay in San Pedro Atacama. Bedrooms are very cleaned and heated and the bathrooms have hot water accordingly. The Hostal is very quiet and relatively near to the main street, Caracoles. The staff is super attentive and nice, they messaged us every day to check if we would like to have a snack if we were unable to join the breakfast hours. Nothing to complain, very good Hostal, amazing benefit-cost.

The hostal was so lovely, welcoming and helpful. Definitely the most cosy beds of our trip. Our host, Robert, went above and beyond for us when we needed to get a PCR test last minute. We really appreciated all the help and were thoroughly impressed with the hostal in general. Stay here! 😊

We can't think of anything that we didn't like.

Breakfast was delicious and lots of with a variety for everyone's tastes, our room was a matrimonial room and was fantastic very clean and spacious with a daily cleaning service included in the price. We had a couple of tours made through the hostal and organised by Robert (our virtual friend) who was excellent, the tours were delivered without problems and very enjoyable too with very knowledgeable tour guides.

Staff were great at communicating information about the hotel and things to do in San Pedro. The room was clean and a good size and there was a radiator which kept everything warm. There was also always hot water.

Staff extremely helpful and friendly, rooms comfortable with heating, large homely kitchen, lots of ammenities, decorated nicely, 2 gorgeous cats to stroke, the staff also made us a snack to take as we left before breakfast, no complaints atall :)

Staff in the reception did not know any word in English.

Good location, room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good. Very beautiful foyer with nice decoration. Friendly atmosphere in whole place. Very very big support and nice contact with Robert on e-mail and WhatsApp!

wifi could be better but the area is un desert so it’s seem bad every where.

Robert was very helpful and always available my luggage was lost at the airport at he helpt me for hours to find it and get it back ! I don’t know how I would do without him. rooms are clean, the place is very nice & cute (with nice cats ;)), breakfast is good (to go if you need to leave early for a tour) and team nice

the patios look really beautiful and the rooms are very comfortable. breakfast is great, so is the use of the good kitchen and terrace. it's very clean and the staff are very friendly. good location away from the centre but still within 10min walk

Really nice hostel, located at 15 minutes walk from caracoles street. Very clean and good breakfast. The bed was very comfortable and big.

Room was very small. Breakfast area is small (it's shared with other guests). Temperature control in the room was difficult. Outside noise was really bad at times (dogs barking and car alarms going off).

The setting was very picturesque. Staff were lovely. Laundry service was excellent. Breakfast was good enough. They were very helpful with tours and flexible to changes.

This place is on the intersection of two main highways and a gas station so it was noisy from the traffic pretty much ALL the time. Every night (4 nights) was dog noise / fighting around 3am. Our bathroom wasn't clean with hair and 'things' around the toilet, the owner had the cleaner attend to it when we were out which did happen. The breakfast is very ordinary.

I liked the resident cats and the decor was well done.

That the tours were cash only and the lady wouldn't give us charge and we had to have exact which was very difficult and inconvenient. The wifi was not great either

Room was very small, could barely open our suitcase. Room was hot and stuffy and the bedside light was temporamental

It was cheap and convenient for us, did the job. Staff were fine. Plenty of seating outside the room which was nice. Breakfast was served in a nice kitchen area

The location is whatever and barely any staff available to help with questions. Only bottled water was available for drinking (creates unnecessary plastic waste)

everything was great, location a little far from centre, however, quieter and mostly first ones to be picked up for day trips staff use google translator and even u can buy bottles of water from them . clean, good breakfast over our expectations for Hostal
