Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

SwitzerlandThere were some issues getting my access card to work, but after 3 trips to the front desk it was sorted and the staff were very helpful. In an airport hotel it would be helpful to be able to get breakfast very early.
Location for the airport domestic terminal could not be better. Rooms are fine (needed to ask for a hairdryer as the one in the room didnt work). Beds are comfortable. Rooms had good sound blocking.

There is no better location for an overnight stay at SCL airport, the domestic terminal is right in front of the hotel, international one is a 5-minute walk. Rooms are spacious and clean, sound insulation is ok. Breakfast is ok, it could be better. Didnt have time to try out the food at the restaurant, however, they have good G&T. The staff was welcoming. Overall, nice stay.

The quality and selection of the food would have been fine except that they oversalted everything to the point of making it inedible. We don't except great food from an airport hotel -- but it would have been fine if they just didn't pour on the salt.
Very nice airport hotel. Clean rooms, nice bedding, super convenient to flights. Staff are friendly and helpful. If you have a long layover, this is really the only place I would stay for convenience.

United StatesThe rooms were very old The breakfast was very bad both in quality and quantity (it was constantly empty and took a long time to refill) They have a "spa" that opens at 10am and closes at 8pm so there is no opportunity to use it. It's also not really a spa, just a pool and a sauna. It feels like this used to be a nice hotel but now it's just run-down.
It's ok for an airport hotel. Really this is a place to walk into from the terminal in the evening and walk out to the terminal in the morning, I could see the check-in counters from my bed. The reception staff is very friendly.

ChileSome parts of the hotel are showing signs of aging and need more upkeep, particularly the floor and carpet feels a bit uneven in some places.
The hotel is conveniently located a walking distance from both international and national terminals making it a great spot to layover time. You have also food options at the hotel and at both terminals as well. The rooms are functional and good size. Sound proofing from outside is fantastic, no noice of airplanes at all compared to other airport hotels. The breakfast is also good. The bed and pillows are comfortable. Checking and checkout was a breeze, and the staff was very helpful. If you are part of the Hilton membership you get a complementary water and possibility of checkout until 12 noon.

Brazilcheck in was too slow, the key to my room did not work (twice I had to go down), rooms were not connected (travelling with children), had to leave early and there was no food available, noises from the phone at 2 AM, furniture need renewing
