The room gets very cold and even though the covers for the bed are good, at around 3am we did experience more cold to be able to sleep confortably

This place is very clean and is very well kept. The restaurant has reasonably priced options for the area and a beautiful sunset view if you don't see the sunset inside the Park.

Toilets were seldomly cleaned. Remember that it’s Patagonia, so it can get very windy, cold and rainy at any moment, and these conditions are very challenging as the tent and resto are not heated. The only warm place is shower.

Extremely friendly and helpful staff. They helped us to fix our car (flat tire), they provided us with an extra blanket and with a hot water bag to warm up the bed. The restaurant has tasty food and portions are big. The panorama view is spectacular.

The dome is great, although a bit cold at night. The staff is great, the location is amazing. The on-site restaurant is the best in the area in price/quality terms, even when staying in other places it's worth to come here (like twice cheaper for the same quality). Outstanding breakfast available on demand

    Be prepared for the cold!!

Image on the Booking website showed insulation pads/blankets inside the tent. That was not the case. We had a simple tent without insulation. At night it was very cold (I think it came down to 5ºC). I think this was deceptive advertising or I might have missed something on the website. The bed was an air mattress. The cold came from below and it really got cold at night. we had to put our feather jacket under ourselves to be able to sleep reasonably. Toilets and showers were dirty and not inviting at all. Since I was spending only one night at the place, decided to shower somewhere else the following day.

Large tent. Clean. Very thick feather duvet. Very friendly staff.
