We loved our stay here! the facility was so family friendly- from our free upgrade to a room with a second bedroom and outdoor area, to a baby heated pool in a playroom, and then another playroom full of toys! My kids enjoyed the pool and I was so happy to be in a hot tub that was actually heated well! The staff was very welcoming and helpful, and let us store our bags after checkout so we could explore. The hotel was an easy walk from the train station.

We arrived after the national holiday weekend and they couldn't provide us bathrobes and slippers. Everyone else around us in the spa had them. The reason they gave us was that the delivery didn't come because of the holiday. This was a pity.

The location is great, close to the train stations, and the downtown. The rooms are super clean, modern and quiet spacious. The spa was very nicely designed and the pools were entertaining. It's amazing that it's open till 10pm. The stuff was super friendly and helpful! The girls on the reception are real sunshines!

The hotel is nearly perfect, but it was better if they could clean the room more throughly, since the kids found dead bugs in the corner of the room(but they‘ve enjoyed looking at it!), and I hope the cleaning staffs could stock more toilet papers.

Child-friendly. Near from the main station. Very nice pools and facilities. (there is also kids pool and kids room!) Our room was bigger than I imagined. Restaurant was also very nice, the food and service was excellent. We are very satisfied:)

The Spa, pool, suana and hamaum were too good, after an hectic holiday, it was most relaxing. Wish we had planned more days at the hotel. we were picked and dropped from train station, which was awesome. The resort is quiet, beatifully planned and the garden was full of flowers, as is the whole country.

We were only there for 1 night!!

We actually were upgraded to a room in the hotel that was above ground. Fabulous view of Matterhorn. Room clean, large, comfortable even without air conditioning as temp goes down at night. Close to a grocery and restaurants. Pool, hot tub, games room, sauna etc beautiful!! Would love to come back and stay a few days there!! Lots to choose from at breakfast too.

Can’t think of a thing.

We had a room with extra room and it was palatial ! We worried about the fact is was advertised as budget in a basement with no view. It was better than any of the apartments even we have rented on our journey. They are too modest. I’ve included pictures from the window with no view.

We lived on the first floor and whenever the kitchen worked, we could smell a strong smell of a cooking food. I had a small separate room in our suite and had to keep my window open in the night, so I could smell kitchen till around midnight. At lunch time it wasn't as pleasant to relax on the terrace with the smell also.

The Spa facilities are amazing, a lot to do and very beautifully designed. Additionally it works till 10pm. Very lovely staff, helped us with a few things. Great views and the terrace was very comfortable with a lounger, umbrella and a table set. We had a coffee machine in the room and the coffee was delicious. Everything was clean, well organised and throughout my stay I felt comfortable.

Excellent value for money in what is an expensive town in a really expensive country. The room was huge and perfect for our family as our three kids had plenty of space to play, which we have never experienced in any other hotel room. The breakfast was lovely, the coffee excellent, the staff lovely and the facilities were perfect. There is a huge luggage room which we used before check in and after check out. There really was nothing negative to say at all. We'd definitely stay here again if we ever return to Zermatt.
