We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomThis property needing some upgrading. Duct tape was holding kitchen cabinets together. Photos on website were deceptive. There are 3 very modern villas, the rest are ok with some upgrading required. Basic starter pack of soap and washing up liquid would have been nice.
Location near beach and beach cafe was good, very quiet area but you needed a car. Main pool area and communal gardens were lovely. Massimo was very welcoming.

Really nice accommodation with the pool and a great terrace. Very nice surroundings of trees and green plants 💚 close to Cefalu by car. The beach is also close by walk around 10 minutes. I would come here again in better weather:)

PolandThe apartment is missing several basic items. No soap, not even hand soap in the bathroom. No dishwashing liquid so you couldn't clean dishes properly, No paper towels. No salt or pepper or sugar for coffee. Also, the apartment is nice, but you had to be careful going to bed and using the toilet due to the sloping ceilings.
The pool, the rooms, and the bed were all great. We enjoyed our time at the apartment and the host met us, checked us in and gave us great recommendations, such as places to visit and restaurants, almost all of which we used and none disappointed.

GermanyThe „worst“ of it were a that a little bit of water left the shower at the edges of the shower basin and a lack of kitchen basics such as oil and salt but that being said, it was exceptional and I wouldn’t change a thing (except maybe the salt :P) !

GermanyThe air conditioning system doesnt work. There is only one temperature control device for downstairs area and bedroom. The downstairs area faces towards north and is very cool even without aircon. The bedroom upstairs faces towards south and exposed to sun all day. As soon as the set temperature has been reached downstairs, the aircon stops cooling and it stays hot upstairs. Unfortunately, because of mosquitos it is impossible to sleep with windows/doors open. It would be great if the facility had mosquito nets, that way we wouldn't be dependant from aircon and could save energy
