We had two towels for two people, but some extras would have been nice. No closets, but there was room to hang clothes on hangers along the wall. We stayed for just one night and it was all fine, plus the price was really good for the location. Overall it was great for the price, I was totally comfortable and happy with my stay.

Only a slightly larger room would have been better but really we loved this place a lot! Perfect for a short stay in Bern!

Super easy electronic access to the building. Our room was small as described but was very modern and super cute. Very on trend! The bathroom had a separate shower and the whole place was super clean! The location was superb!

A really persistent cleaning staff tried to enter the room multiple times before check out time. Also the couches in the common rooms need some cleaning.

Simple check in/out, beautiful common areas, unlimited water/coffee/tea ect., stunning terrace and perfect location... overall a cozy hotel with really cool vibes

Hotel is quiet but neighbours and cleaning staff closing doors is very loud in the mornings. Doors open outward into the hallway which is unusual and can be confusing at first making you feel that you are locked in the room. The digital keys on your phone are a decent back up, but a hassle as there are several keys for outer, inner door and room. You need to open your phone each time, and some of us need to have reading glasses handy. Best to go to the first floor on arrival and have a keycard made.

Very clean and modern. Comfortable bed and pillows. Great location with good restaurants. Five minutes walk to train station.

First impressions matter. When we arrived, the online checkin did not work. There was a phone number to call but no one answered. I called several times. So we stood in the vestibule with luggage for a very long time. We got in as someone was exiting--not a great system. We got zero explanation as to why staff did not answer the phone. It is not a good welcome to feel locked out upon arrival. Notes said they would be available 8a-8p.

The public areas were beautiful: interesting decor, well stocked, spacious.

We were in a studio within the roof so there were vertical beams in the room as well as the sloping roof. A little hard to negotiate in the dark. The shower opened straight into the main room.

The staff were lovely. The location is excellent as it is very central. There is a large public space where there is free coffee, tea, and snacks. They also provide various spreads so even though there is no breakfast, you can buy something very close by and then use what is available at the hotel. The room was comfortable and spacious.

It was not enough conditioner in the shower :(

First of all my room was awesome, it was wide for a solo traveler and the bed was comfortable with a big window at front strange but nice. The location was near train station walking, the fact that you can use your phone as key was really cool and easy to use just takes a few minutes to get used to it but if you want you can have a keycard for free with the iPad. Amenities are nice, you can prepared your own food or grab coffee, tea, fruits, jelly, cookies for free and staff are welcoming. I had a great time and I’ll be back soon 🤍

This can be a disadvantage if you live with friends/relatives - the shower is inside the room and its door is quite transparent. We were fine with it

This is probably the most ergonomic design I have ever seen in my life! Our room was small but everything was thought out. Plus, the common area is absolutely gorgeous - not only does it have tea, coffee and some treats, but it also has a games room! A rooftop is nice as well
