United StatesThe hot rooms, no TV channels or media (Netflix, YouTube), No usable window (there is a 3 panel window in every room with the 2 glass side panels glued shut and a piece of mesh for the middle panel), No warm/ hot water just cold water anytime of the day, Terrible plumbing (I found myself flushing 7-8 times and then I resorted to filling up the trash can with water from the shower to pour down the toilet with the last flush simultaneously to help facilitate the process, and no I did not throw any tissues down the toilet). Overall it’s a beach house. So I guess this very common at beach houses.
The free breakfast made up for the entire experience at the hotel. The staff were sweet. Free parking. The hotel has cute lounge areas where I spent most of my time since the rooms are humid and hot. The staff rotated the towels upon asking. Also the hotel is located directly across the beach so customers have the beautiful view of the beach anytime (the morning during breakfast and the view of the sunset was my favorite).

United KingdomWe stayed for three nights and no one came into the room to empty bins (definitely needed daily seen as you can’t flush toilet paper) and no clean towels.
Great location if you want to be in the middle of Playas del Coco - we weren’t massive fans. Lots of rubbish around on the streets. We stayed here and headed out of town for activities and food. Room did what we needed it to do. We dragged one of the single beds off the frame and under the roof fan which made the temperature much easier to sleep in. Reception staff were very helpful and we had laundry washed which smelt amazing and was a reasonable price. WiFi was great and it was a pleasant stay overall!

GREAT location currently at the end of the main drag in Coco which makes it very convenient and quiet. Rooms were clean and a/c, fan were great. Breakfast was also nice overlooking the ocean.

United StatesThe town of Playa del Coco is not the nicest in the area, but this hotel is perfectly OK if you will stay there for scuba diving trips or day tours, etc.
Very easy and nice place to stay right across the road from the beach. Good rooms, with basic but nice linens, towels, and bathrooms. Comfortable bed. Good service at desk. Secure car park.

CanadaThey missed us for cleaning services which sucked because our shoes tracked in a lot of sand, when I asked about it they said they would come tomorrow, but we would be leave the next day. wasn't to big a deal. The pillows were very thin.
The location was amazing, room were basic but they had private washrooms and air conditioners to keep cool. Lots of shelving to keep clothing and belonging organized. super cheap to have them wash some clothes, it was around $3 usd per kilo. loved the hammocks in the common area. all the tables were great for playing games while having a drink, very laid back vibe. the fridge in the room was fantastic.

United StatesWe stayed here the night before flying out of Liberia. It was really hot in humid in the rooms with no A/C but the staff gave us 2 extra fans, which helped. The breakfast was nice and the staff very friendly. The showers were clean. Good value, comfortable, just humid and hot sleeping. Fun neighborhood and nice beach. Busy, but not too crazy.
