The thing I forgot to check prior to booking and in my opinion unacceptable for a room called 'Superior' is the lack of a fridge or minibar. Not being able to chill my beverages during my stay and also in preparation for the way home is unfortunately a deal breaker and will prevent me from coming back. I was also underwhelmed by the breakfast offering.

Modern, well thought out room with a comfy bed, small sofa, table and a modern, almost perfect bathroom with illuminated magnifying mirror and luxurious rain forest shower. The room isn't big but features a patio area with lounge furniture which really adds to the living space. The massive sliding door makes the room absolutely sound proof. The hotel features a huge parking area which isn't free, but neither is real estate in St. Moritz.

the check in process very slow - I think it is related to the IT system more than the staff.

rooms were recently renovated, modern style, bed very comfortable, temperature in the room perfect and the bathroom and shower great. the room had an outdoor veranda protected by sliding glasses with a cozy sofa, blankets etc very nice

Decent location -close to the Corviglia lift and walking distance from the village during the day / short ride during the night if cold. The room was refurbished, good size and pretty clean. The staff was helpful.

Some staff members didn't speak well English and the checkin system in which you had to fill out a form wasn't well translated or translated just in half... . The easiest option was to communicate in German or Italian... The restaurant of the hotel in which breakfast was served and where we had dinner was very tight and crowded over meal times and the service wasn't great, hard to communicate and not bringing even what they asked us about... . The overall experience wasn't great. Next evening we chose to dine at Laudinella which has many good restaurants (indian, italian, ...) and which is also a walking distance away, and where the dining experience was much much better, including the food. Coffee and freshly squeezed juices over breakfast at extra charge...

Very tidy and cosy hotel in a walking distance from the city center and the st moritz lake. Overall, good enough. Convenient parking options in front of the hotel or in the garage. Our room was tiny but for a short stay almost without luggage it was ok. We were aware of it's size. The bed was comfortable, bathroom was clean and equipped with anything you might need. There's a small charge for a pet, which seemed fair. The hotel is animal friendly. Typical swiss 3* - accommodation exceeding expectations :)

We were hoping for a lake view, but this did not eventuate.

The location was great, as was the parking! Another bonus was the excellent restaurant and the sumptuous breakfast. A well run no fuss establishment!

Four friends doing the Engadin ski marathon. Stay 11-14/3 2022 I booked one room for 2 persons 07032022, My brother gave the hotel a call and booked and payed another room the 08032022, 9/3 He got covid and could not go there. I called the hotel and asked if it was cheaper for us to take one room for 3 persons and cancel the other two. Hotel said yes and booked room for three.10/3 the hotel denies my brother a refund, althougt they could rent out the two double rooms, the three of us guys were jammed in one room, one of us in a childrens bed. OK, but not to pay for another room, we did not use. Hotel tells us to claim the insurance company of my brother.
