There was nothing we didn't like.

We loved this hotel. Room was light, airy, clean modern and comfortable. The staff were absolutely lovely and helpful. Location was great (quick tram ride from the centre). It was all fab and we'd definitely recommend and return.

Not a "luxury" experience (no fridge in room, my coffee cup wasn't cleaned until I left it on the floor by the bed, make your own eggs at breakfast... minor things that made me wonder why I wasn't paying a lower price. But this was Zurich...)

Nice, comfortable place, good people, nice bar. Excellent location. I would stay here again. There were a couple of nice stores around the corner (down the hill) including a quick takeout store (Avec?) that had good croissants. The tram was just nearby. And of course, the ETH Zurich.

The room and the room service were up to and even exceeded my expectation. I arrived in the evening and did not go out so I made the most of it !

The breakfast seemed a bit dwindling, even though we arrived in good time - it seems that it is first come, first served, so things such as the cheese and meat were nearly all gone. We assumed they’d be topped up as time went on, but this didn’t seem to be the case. We also couldn’t figure out how to work the coffee machine, so stuck with tea! Also, we didn’t realise that it would be two single beds to make a double, and there was a gap down the middle.

It was clean, and had a great bath that filled up quickly - the water was lovely and hot, and the water pressure was amazing. The staff were also very lovely, and offered us a free welcome drink when we arrived. Similarly, we were given free bottles of water upon checkout which was so helpful as the weather was warm.

Room is very nice, but would like more/better/stronger light to do computer work and be able to read better.

Very good breakfast. Baking the eggs was wonderful. We have never seen such fresh eggs before!!

Coming by car it was slightly difficult as the direction with google maps were not very clear, also due to some construction work that day the sign of the hotel was not so clear. No major issues during our stay and would stay again in this hotel as both the hotel and the city was very nice.

Staff were really kind and helpful. Room size was big and comfortable. The location was great, and the area around it was beautiful. We were offered a car parking just next to the building.

The friendly and helpful staff, the location (close to tram stop, theater, universities, supermarket and at walking distance from the central station), how the room and the bathroom are furnished (having people using them in mind). As an example: the bathroom was small, but thanks to shelves and towel-hooks very well located, everything found its place.

The price for the room is a little bit on the expensive side, considering what was offered.

Breakfast is very good and in a nice setting. It was vedry good that the check-out was at 12 and not at 11.

there was only 1 small towel in the bathroom plus a facecloth. I do not think hotels need to provide huge towels, but - bearing the environment in mind- 2 small ones would be reasonable.

Breakfast was disappointing. On Sunday, when you don't have any breakfast options outside the hotel close by, I paid 30 francs for quite a basic breakfast, which you need to cook yourself

Very soft pillows, I had to request a second. I wish more hotels kept firm pillows on hand for those that prefer them. The loacation is a little bit out of the city center, you so have to walk / tram back and forth.

Breakfast was great. They have you cook your own eggs how you like them on tiny frying which was cool. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room (single) was small but comfortable and cozy. Wifi was very reliable.
