The location was good and walkable distance to bus stop, room was good enough for 4. staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was in 2nd floor, No lift , but staff was kind enough to bring the bag to room. Highly recommended

My partner and I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Landhaus Hotel in Bern, and we absolutely loved it. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm hospitality and a cozy atmosphere that made us feel right at home. The room we stayed in was clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated with a romantic vibe that added to the overall charm of the hotel. The bed was comfortable, and we had everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable. One of the highlights of our stay was the breakfast. We enjoyed a delicious spread of freshly baked bread, croissants, fruit, cheese, and yogurt, among other tasty treats. The breakfast was the perfect start to our day, and we appreciated the attention to detail in the presentation and quality of the food. The owners of the hotel were extremely kind and accommodating, and they went above and beyond to make sure we had a memorable experience. Their recommendations for local restaurants and attractions were spot-on and greatly enhanced our stay in Bern. Overall, we had a wonderful experience at the Landhaus Hotel and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a charming, romantic getaway in Bern. We can't wait to go back!

Our bed mattress was so soft, uncomfortable, also under bad was dirty. I saw it when my baby has dropped her toy.

The hotel workers were really kind and helpful. breakfast was nice and vegan-friendly.

The only downside to the room was the floorboards were so loud, they would creak everywhere in the room. I could even hear the neighbours floor boards creaking.

The room was great, the bed was super comfy! Had a lovely view out the window. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The English tea in the morning was superb! Just what I needed :-)

Extremely friendly and helpful staff, perfect location next to altstadt and Aare river, rosengarten part is next to the hotel with fascinating sunsets. Various breakfast options. Clean shared bathroom. Staying here for the second time. Highly recommended!

Absolutely an amazing hotel with a unique location. Staff are the best extremely friendly and helpful but the best thing are the interior decorations. The style is original and very cosy.

We loved the welcome atmosphere and friendly staff. Patrick and his lovely wife, aka, Albert and Frieda were so kind and helpful (and a lot of fun as well!) We will never forget our stay at at their hotel. We ate dinner one evening and thoroughly enjoyed the atmosphere and delicious food. Staying at their hotel was the highlight of our 25 day European trip!
