We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

PolandUnfortunately the weakest point of the hotel is the poor quality of breakfast - simple juices from cartons, a small amount of meats and cheeses , poor quality jams and yogurts.
The hotel has a good location, very convenient entrance to the garage and from the garage you can take the elevator to the upper floors. The rooms are tastefully and stylishly decorated, very clean. However the biggest advantage are the duvets and pillowcases, which are extremely light and delicate. Every morning breakfast is served to your room. Very helpful and friendly staff

United States of AmericaMy daughter and I spent 2 nights here and absolutely loved it. The room was clean and well equipped and even included a kitchenette. We had a sitting area outside our room that was comfortable and provided the most stunning views where we loved to sit and relax. The breakfast delivered to our room was such a treat and everything was delicious. The beds were the most comfortable we have ever slept in and everyone working there was as nice and friendly and helpful as could be! We could walk to a variety of different restaurants in the charming little town and could get in a gondola right behind the hotel which took us to an incredible hiking spot. We were also just a short drive from so many great things to check out. Would highly recommend this hotel!

SwitzerlandGarage parking slightly overpriced. Extra bed for children 3-5 years shown as free on booking.com. On the phone we got the reply this would only be valid for the suite. We had to pay CHF 25 for the extra bed per night in the junior suite. It was definitely worth the CHF 25 but it would be nice to have correct information on booking.com.
