We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

I can only recommend this place because the atmosphere here is exactly what you need when traveling. This hostel truly makes me feel at home. It’s not a party hostel. It’s in a quiet area, but only a 15-minute walk from the center. Florentin takes such good care of the guests and ensures everything runs smoothly. He gave me so many tips on traveling around Romania and the surrounding countries, and he made sure I had croissants and coffee both mornings of my stay. I’m so grateful for his hospitality, it really made my trip special!

SerbiaIt is difficult to think of a single thing to complain about, but if I really had to, I wish there was some kind of a shower curtain in the upstairs bathroom.
Everything was top notch. The room was really clean, comfortable, spacious. There are lockers that are free to use. Most of all, Florentin is an amazing host, so friendly, knowledgeable, pleasant, and very interesting to chat with. I would be very happy to stay at his hostel again.

UkraineAll was great. Just in case you are looking for a party hostel, I don't think it is the one.
I stayed in Mosaico Alfetta 2 times because I felt comfortable there. I booked a room for myself at an affordable price, it was spacious and clean. This hostel has a fully equipped kitchen, so you can cook your own food, which is amazing! There is tea and also some other things available, and every morning the owner treats you with a croissant and coffee for breakfast. The location is also very good, about 15 mins walk to the center. I received many useful tips how to get around and what to see. I think this is the best hostel in Timișoara in case you want a safe, quiet, clean place.

HungaryIt's the best option for solo traveler with many comforts, affordable prices, and hospitable manager and roommate! When I left, that was a croissant gift from the kind manager. From here, it could easily access the center around 15mins and has near many stores and restaurants provide for you. You also can freely cook in the kitchen with many stuffs available.
