Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Room is spacious. Strategic location, just 2 minutes walk to the nearest tram station. Breakfast was good!

This was an outstanding stay for us, noting we travel and staying in hotel accommodation a great deal. The check-in process was very comprehensive, including the issue of free transportation passes during our stay. The hotel is a very new design, and we couldn't believe how quiet the hotel continued to be, despite being fully booked. The breakfast was very substantial with both a good range hot and cold food. It does get busy at times, but the staff work very hard to replenish the food.

MexicoWe arrived too early and the hotel staff was very friendly in giving us immediate access to the tram system and hotel WiFi. They also stored our luggage while we were sightseeing around the city before check-in time. The beds are comfortable and the room is clean and quiet. The shower is excellent as it is spacious and the water jet has good pressure. In the evening we had some coffee/tea for free and the breakfast was very good! We spent a very good time at the hotel and we loved the city!

BrazilNot having a minibar in the room was a struggle. Also I didn’t like the wall to the bathroom was a glass, it’s matte, but you can see the shadow. Not very private.
Location is a 10! Very easy to get the tram or bus to everywhere in the city. Cute coffee shops near by, I recommend Drip Coffee, very good! The property was great, it’s a new building, so it’s pretty, very well decorated with a play place for the little kids on the reception which is very nice. The room had a good space for 3 persons. I would definitely recommend for families.Also, the Wi-Fi is Amazing and breakfast is top notch!

The breakfast spread was awesome, truly something for everyone in the family. We loved the style of the room, it was cool and modern. We were nice and close to Bern to do sightseeing. The hotel also provided a travel pass that gave us access to the trams and busses plus a map of the area. It was great! The staff was also extremely friendly and helpful.

Hotel is situated around 12-15 minutes from the old town. We stayed for a night so for the purpose of it, it was wonderful. Also, the breakfast offered was satisfying, access to fresh drinking water all the time. The reception guy was a real professional. At the time of the visit, hotel was offering a 24-h free rides with Bern city transportation, so distances were not a big for us. Bed was pretty comfortable.
