Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

India#fraud Pathetic staff.. seems to be fraud as they will ask you to cancel the booking made . They tell that the booking was made for day use only even if you book the hotel in night. They will take the booking and ask you to cancel it so that you can directly book it through them. They are cheating all the sites including booking.com.

They gave us room in smoky area when I specifically requested non smoking due to family. Neighbors way too noisy and outside noise was too prominent inside the room.

IndiaThe rooms are terrible, the bathrooms stink, cleanliness is lacking and the staff is even worse. Surinder in the front office is rude, unprofessional, and the most insulting person I have ever come across. He insults you to your face in reception- they take more than 1 hour and make you stand with your luggage before checking - takes another 1 hour for your checkout. Worst hotel- not worth carrying the IHCL name- don't be fooled by that - this is worse than a 1-star hotel. I'm sure some shady lodges of Noida will also have better rooms than this place.

India- Attitude of the Staff at the Hotel. Specially the Manager at that day. - No Toiletries in the Bathroom unless until asked for. - I told them that I am travelling for work. There was not a single table or chair to sit down and work. - Very limited options in breakfast and the same breakfast was repeated everyday. - The tea which I got in my room. I paid more than Rs 100 for every Tea but the quantity was very less and the taste was Pathetic. - Nothing is Professional there and Hospitality is out of question.
