We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Our booking was for two rooms, as we are with children, and the system allocated us rooms on different floors in different parts of the hotel. It would be good to have an option to choose the room location when administering check in for more than one room.

It's a self-check-in hotel so no staff. The room is comfy and clean but does not have any tea or coffee-making facilities. I highly recommend a visit to Pizzeria da Carlos, a short walk and one of the best meals I had on my trip.

AustraliaI'd never checked in this way. The door was locked before 10pm, so needed to download an app to figure out how to get in. I found it a little confusing at first, didn't think to put my phone to the actual lock on the door...that could have been a little clearer. There are flights of stairs, just be mindful of that with luggage.
Once you got use to the check in, it was great for a late night check in. Nice big shower, parking out front, very quiet, good for a stop over.
