Convenient location. Almost inside train station. Much better than hotels near airport which has shuttle service available as the hotel provide you the city card that allows you to take a train to Geneva airport.

We would be happy to have a small fridge, more storage for theree. And the most important thing is a seperate bathroom with an actual door. A glass half way closing door in a large room won't do it.

We loved the location, cleanliness, great hotel staff. Clean cut looks are good.

Our room was spacious and well-suited for three guests, featuring three single beds. However, we found the beds and pillows to be less comfortable than expected. Breakfast was decent but could be improved. Some items, particularly pastries, were not refilled during our visit, and when we requested more, the staff simply said no.

The hotel is ideally located, just a 3-5 minute walk from convenient transportation options including trains, buses, and trams. There are numerous cafés and restaurants nearby, and a shopping mall is close by. It’s also a pleasant 10-minute walk to the lake and the historic old town. The hotel is very clean and offers good WiFi. The service at the reception was excellent, especially Marco, who provided invaluable assistance when we checked in, helping us navigate the area and recommending places to visit.

Bed was low and hard, lighting was stylish but not practical. Only 1 chair for 2 people. Pillow was difficult to shape into a comfortable supporting shape (for 1 of two guests).

Rooms on the 7th floor are noisy. Breakfast is served on the 8th floor and the noise of moving chairs woke me up.

Breakfast was basic. No iron or iron board given to use in your own room which is given routinely anywhere and in less rated hotels. Not convenient to take things to iron into basement regardless of what floor you are in, is it? The room can be too "cosy" and efficient in its use of what space there for some people to handle. Beds are quite low relative to the level of floor and too soft so can be uncomfortable for certain groups of people.

Great location. Right next to the train station. Very near any convenience shops you require and many restaurants.

Brilliant location, close to the central train station, with restaurants, fast food chains and shops within walking distance. For those in need of a caffeine fix a well known chain is on the corner if you turn left out of the main entrance. A 10 minute walk from the hotel and you are on the shores of Lake Geneva. Brilliant staff, very friendly and polite, even found an umbrella for me to borrow, when it was raining. Room was clean with bathroom and shower, a safe for your valuables, a kettle with coffee and tea.

Could not get past the total lack of privacy in the bathroom. Between the translucent walls, the hole for a door knob and large crack between door and frame. You could hear and partially see every sight and sound. The sink was outside the bathroom. It was unusually hot, so the AC had trouble keeping up til late at night.

Location was within easy walking distance of lake, old town. I liked the light color scheme. Size was as slightly larger than expected of a downtown large city hotel-there was a desk in the room.

Rooms were small-ish and no fitness facilities, but I’m from the US and those things are standard here, but know that’s not the case elsewhere. There wasn’t really anything I “didn’t like” about the property.

The location was great. 2 minute walk to the train station, 2 minutes to a lot of restaurants and 7 minutes to Lake Geneva

Great idea for managing the space of the room with just one door: both for the bathroom and the room. Excellent staff with good knowledge of English. The hotel is next to the railway station. The airport is just 10ish minutes away by train, the old town 15min easy walking
